[name removed] was very efficient with the paperwork and keeping us informed of progress. She was very regular with communication and the process was very easy. The site supervisor also liaised with my husband to make sure we had cleared our land correctly ready for the build. We have got to the build stage in just a couple of weeks after settling on our land!

The sales advisor [Name Removed] was so wonderful in helping us choose and design our home, she worked with us to fit our budget. We had a short time scale and everything was organised quickly and efficiently. We are close to starting the build and are so impressed with the service so far. We can’t wait to watch the build go up.

We are in the early stages of building (pre construction) and the experience so far has been excellent. From the Sales consultant (who was really helpful with design style and ideas, and a great fun person to deal with!), to the JG King office staff who have been really friendly, super efficient, and have explained everything thoroughly to us so there are no surprises along the way. We have confidence that our site supervisor will live up to the standards that have been delivered so far.

Our supervisor has managed our build so far with an excellent eye for detail, great leadership with the site being kept in a well organized and clean manner. Exceptional communication skills and very professional.
Workmanship and build quality of our property so far from the trades have been to an exceptional high standard.
We have not experienced any issues as the questions we have had have been explained to us and if need be shown to us on site within a short period of time after the questions were raised.
Our final cost was very close to our original estimated cost and we applaud J G King Ballarat for a job well done so far and are very excited to move in to our new completed home.

August 23rd 2022 Update: fantastic service

I cannot fault the entire process of my build. from start to finish, I was kept well informed and advised. the finish is brilliant, and nothing was a problem. Importantly, they built for the price they said they would, so no hidden extras.

We are about to start the construction of our new house. Extremely impressed with the high standard of knowledge in all the staff. [name removed] explained the procedures and plans in a straightforward manner and the colour consultant was very helpful in suggesting products resulting in a much less stressful occasion than I imagined! [name removed] is also very friendly and organised all our meetings and correspondence efficiently. Would definitely recommend JGKing Homes to anyone looking to build.

I would highly recommend JG King Homes, Steff has been great to deal with and nothing has been too much effort! They made all appointments around times that would suit us rather than when it would suit them. All in all they made the whole experience easy and one to remember.

I am impressed with the contract preparation process of JG King. It is currently within the agreed timeframe. I have been given the final drawing quickly and few days later we have the building permit. Back-office team is really accommodating and easy to deal with. We built our home with JG King Ballarat, 4 years ago. We recently contacted them regarding a couple of small issues that I was concerned about. I have to commend them on their response, resolving the two issues (which was in the end minor) but put my mind at rest. They were very professional. I really didn't think that they would care to hear from us after so long, however the experience was quite the opposite. They really do stand behind their 50 year structural guarantee and It really gives us peace of mind that you wouldn't get from most builders. Thanks LB our build supervisor.
