Looking for the ideal casual dining table
Taking quite some time trying to find the ideal casual dining table that would suit our casual meals area. King furniture at Richmond had a glass table that was on display and once we spotted it we knew it was the one. Maxxam the sales rep was very helpful and not overbearing in service which made us very comfortable with proceeding with the purchase. The service, delivery and follow up was seamless and we were very satisfied customers with the whole package.

I can't give enough praise to Sam & Moe for the delivery process.
They were on time, careful and extremely helpful in setting up the new couch. They explained everything and were very studious when putting everything together.
They quickly identified a defective piece and walked me through the process of whats to happen and I couldn't be more great full

Customer Service Satisfaction of a Fabric issue
Cannot express how Melanie from Customer Service in NSW dealt with my problem. From the first phone call to having a technician visit me to see what the problem was with the fabric on my Plaza Couch was absolutely amazing. Then I waited for a call back from Customer Service to see if this can be resolved and they accepted there was a problem and were quite happy to exchange the fabric of which was under Warranty. My husband and I are very happy now that we have chosen another fabric for our couch and we are awaiting for this to be made up which should take approx. 6-8 weeks and then they will come and replace. Fantastic delivery
Bill & Dean did a fantastic job with the delivery. Out of all the furniture deliveries I have had at my new apartment, they have definitely been the standout. On time, really friendly, had the lounge unpacked and put together really quickly and then took all the rubbish away. I couldn’t fault anything they did.

Very happy old customer
I needed a service call on my 6 year old KingCloud lounge. A very long story was to follow regarding the service department and the technician that was sent out originally and needless to say that I was one very unhappy customer with the service that I had received. After a 2 month wait I finally got another service call today from Mitch who was very apologetic for the service that I had received and was able to fix my lounge in a very professional manner and reassure a very disgruntled customer that steps had been taken to rectify the issues that had affected me. Suffice to say that I am once again a happy customer of King Living. Thanks again Mitch!! Julie

Excellent Delivery Service
The delivery duo Bill & Daniel were professional, efficient and extremely friendly. They said they would ring within 30 minutes of delivery, they did, and rang again to confirm that they had arrived. There were some stairs to navigate and they took it in their stride. They set up the many number of pieces with ease, and were just so great about it all. We had a couch and dining set delivered and assembled for us. And what was even better is the tidy way they took all the boxes away with them.These guys are an asset to the King Furniture company, well done. It is very rare to find such customer service, so thank you very much.

Excellent Service
On Tuesday 16th April 2022 we visited the Chatswood store. What a great store, everything on show. At the store we were greeted by Suzzanah Langdale (Sales Consultant). What a great experience it was. Suzzanah helped us navigate through the somewhat difficult lounge buying experience. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She demonstrated to us the versatility of the Delta III package. She took the time to visualise this through a CAD computer program, very helpful. She also helped us through covering and colour selection. She has an excellent rapport with her customers. We were extremely happy with our shopping experience at King Furniture. From Terrible to Excellent thanks to Glenn, most important asset to King Furniture!
In November 2015 we got a William Sofa delivered. Within a month the fabric showed signs of wear. In January 2016 I contacted Customer Service with my concern and that was the start of a long and very frustrating road with promised call backs that never happened and information that wasn’t forthcoming. Over the course of three months King Furniture sent out 3 technicians (one brought a Philips Fabric Shaver along and recommended to use it intermittently to get rid of the pilling). To cut a long story short, in June 2016 I finally received a phone call from the Customer Service Manager at the time (Michele) informing me that King Furniture can’t do anything about the pilling because it is the result of normal daily use and considered a natural characteristic. Great! This sofa cost $ 6,000 and was now 6 months old but looked as if we had had it for 10 years! In July 2018 after another de-pilling session with the Philips Fabric Shaver I was so frustrated with the sofa that I contacted King Furniture again. Enter Glenn (Customer Service Manager at that time). I didn’t expect anything to come of my email, but Glenn responded, looked into our case and offered to rectify the problem. I cannot speak highly enough of Glenn. During the whole process he kept us informed. When he promised to send us an update, he did. If I could give Glenn 10 stars, I would!1 comment

King Living after sales service
My husband and I purchased the zaza 3 seater from King Living Northmead. We requested a technician to assess the couch as we felt one side was heavier than the other. Glenn came out to review and assess it. He was very professional and found a resolution to our concerns. We highly recommend King Living customer service.

Superb help to accelerate your case
I just had wonderful support from the web service team, about my refund by Elizabeth.
There was a refund request which did not seem to have anything going on after I send the request in writing via email to customer service. So I tried King Living live chat, and Elizabeth promptly took an action which made account team work on it.
I was a little nervous that I have not heard anything about my case after a few days past since I requested customer service, however, Elizabeth made my case quickly in the process and I can not express enough how much she helped me from unsettling feeling.

Last time I purchase from King Living
I would love to review the table I ordered online but I am still waiting. The estimated delivery date was Dec 10. I had expected some delay but given that I had been told in store that if I ordered the weekend I did, then I would receive the goods before Xmas. On the 11th Dec I received a message saying that the table was due to be delivered on Dec 13 as long as I paid the amount owing by 12 noon that day. I rang and paid and the delivery was confirmed for12-4pm on Dec 13. I was told that I would receive a call 30-60 mins prior to delivery. I h...Read more
eard nothing and so rang the following morning and the person i spoke to confirmed that I should have received the delivery the day before and said that she would follow it up and that someone would call me. Well into the afternoon I had heard nothing and so called again. Again an apology and told someone was following up but that the delivery people had not returned the call. Friday came and went and I had still heard nothing. By Monday at lunchtime when I had still not heard, I rang again. Same story. It's Tuesday now - a week after I paid them. So I now have paid for the table and have had no feedback about when I can expect to have my table. I understand that Christmas is a busy time for them - it is busy for me too - and I would not be as upset as I am if there had been communication from them. A text message is pretty easy.
