We bought the Reo Sofa which is beautiful but the mechanism to lift the head rests is not padded so when you sit on the sofa they stick into your back like bricks. After contacting king living three weeks ago and ringing the store numerous times I am still waiting for a response from head office! To be continued.....

I visited King Living for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the range and quality of items available. The staff were friendly, informative and only too pleased to assist in my selection. Importantly, I was kept informed of the progress of my purchase and can give a 10/10 to the delivery personnel.

We purchased an outdoor setting and I believe it to be the best designed and usable on the market. The versatility of moving the modules to suit the area is great.

As soon as I entered the show room, the help and advice was welcoming. I felt that they were truly interested in me and my requests. The follow up and support was also outstanding. Couldn't fault the staff in the showroom.

We paid a deposit for our King Furniture sofa on a Sunday afternoon, then on Tuesday morning, barely 24 hours later, I called to alter the leather as we really wanted a softer leather but were convinced by the salesman that the hard wearing leather was better. I was told that it was already "in production" and it was impossible to change anything. Customer service is all about being flexible and this inflexibility is bad service.
