Furniture has just arrived and in.
The delivery men were excellent. Jadd and Daniel called with the time ( which was perfect), they set everything up in a very chirpy manner.
The boys also went the extra mile in popping the old sofa in the garage for me which was absolutely appreciated by me.

Lola was friendly and of great assistance in selection of a lounge suite and responsive to our needs. We received a good solid lounge suite of quality, delivered and assembled by an efficient team of handlers who removed all rubbish.

This is our second Delta sofa, our first was purchased 19 years ago, and is still going strong. Excellent comfort and versatile design, and having had the 1st sofa for 19 years I can say that they are extremely sturdy and well built. We purchased during the recent sale and took delivery of our new sofa a couple of days ago. We received excellent service from Robbie at the Keswick store, and all the options were well explained. The sofa requires minimal assembly, and videos are available online to assist, however it was a straightforward process and we found we didn't need any assistance. Highly recommend!

Beware the structural guarantee on the sofa bed. This does not include the wire mesh the bed sits on. Mine broke away after only approximately 3 dozen uses and as a result damaged the cushions as they slid in under. This was not covered under the guarantee. No follow up with regards to possibility of repair for the cushions. Poor customer service.

I have to echo what fe2o3 wrote. I am in a infinite loop trying to get a lounge repaired that was damaged on delivery. It's been 6 months and I have yet to have the problem fixed. I have had staggered contact from King Living, having to wait weeks for replies to my emails. Very poor customer service.

We are furnishing a whole new home and wanted to start with a couple of the most important pieces. The lounges are of outstanding quality and well designed structurally. The rugs are also made from premium materials and designed to last.
The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, however, the service from Lola was what made the experience so fantastic. She took as much time as needed to ensure we were completely happy with the design of the room. We can't wait to go back to work with Lola again to choose the rest of the pieces for our home.
