Taylor and his guys went above and beyond to deliver an absolutely stunning pool! His customer service and attention to detail is second to none, always providing updates during every stage of the pool install, right from the onset. Their professionalism and quality of work cannot be questioned and at a very competitive price I might add. If I ever install another pool, Taylor is certainly first on my list as he should be yours, you won't be disappointed but blown away. Stuart, the owner even took time to come and inspect and meet us to make sure we were 100% happy - a rare occurrence these days. Thanks for the stunning job guys!

From the beginning processes to after sales service Stuart and his team have been nothing but brilliant. Always answered my, sometimes silly, questions promptly and with patience. Even now that we are out of warranty, Stuart and his team are still on hand to help at anytime. Just recently I called with a question and he was able to have his people there the next day. His crew are polite, helpful and efficient. Just really nice people to work with. Great Service!

When given a quote by Leisure Pools Northside they were the most competitive however we do not always go by price alone. In this case the deciding factor was the customer service we received from Taylor. He kept in touch whilst we were still deciding, without putting us under undue pressure, and has been a constant source of ideas and information during the build (he visited our house with suggestions for placement etc) and after. I am so happy with my pool, we got the elegance Ebony Blue 10m. if you are wondering about what colour this colour is seriously beautiful!!! It isn't an in your face blue but more of a super cool and sleek pond which sparkles in the sun!

Leisure Pools Northside, were amazing, never met a bunch of great guys to come and work on our pool, always on time, very neat with their work . Taylor was the best rep, always had our interests first and he told you what to expect and he was very upfront in costings and installation procedures at all times, a bit of a character, lovely guy. However communications can be difficult at times, we do understand that the whole team is busy, but all responses have been rectified. We love our pool so much, best thing we have ever invested in and hope to keep our happy relationship for the future. We would recommend Leisure pools to anyone . The sales person for this company really doesn't know what you need to do after the pool instillation. We was clearly told that we had 2years to have our pool fence certified,to which the sales person denies.... funny that!
The owner makes promises that he would make it right if proof was given that the fence was installed in the same year, to be followed by an email from the wife of the owner that no such agreement was given. So although we paid for the council submission and certification in the price of the pool it still cost me another $660!

Don't trust Yatala Leisure Pools get it in writing and verify everything with another pool builder.

I'd highly recommend checking out a fibreglass pool from Leisure Pools North Brisbane. The entire team were great throughout in installing a Platinum Plunge for us which included a few tricky issues in aligning to some existing decking we had. Throughout both Taylor and Emma specifically were very helpful in stepping us through the process including quickly responding questions we had, which was pretty reassuring at the time. The outcome is a great pool we're really happy with. Thanks for your efforts.

It is Used daily in the summer and cleaned weekly the robotic pool cleaner supplied does all the hard work for you and is simple to clean with a hose. A very happy customer

Barrier Reef Leisure Pools offered great service! The product is gorgeous. I love the smooth feel of the fibreglass. The blue is stunning. And after five years it still looks brand new. Installation was quick and professional. Can highly recommend this company.

Thank you to Taylor at Leisure Pools North Brisbane for coordinating the installation of our beautiful new plunge pool. We loved the all-inclusive price and advice given about placement of the pool, colours, fencing and difficult access to the site. Stuart was kind enough to move a much-loved orange tree as part of the dig. Adam and Adam were hard-working, friendly and meticulous with their paving. The clear fence, with 3 frosted panels for privacy, looks amazing. The building process was smooth and the pool is easy to care for.
