As many people have expressed here on this platform, we cannot get a response from LE any other way.
We too have saved up and paid YOU our hard earned money for a holiday that is now in question but not our fault. We would still like to go on our holiday, but will more than likely have to defer it. Please answer our concerns, like many others here, we simply don't have the means to "throw away"our money or be in 14 days without pay if we go and then have to be quarantined. I have tried calling. I have emailed you. Why don’t you answer us. t this stage you are one of the worst Company's I have ever dealt With as far as communication. I see so many people here trying to get answers. Guess I’m just another sucker your ignoring I think all of us who have paid you people our hard earned money should all ban together and call A Current Affair and tell them how bad your Company is at helping paying Customers . We have given you 4 and a 1/2 Thousand Dollars. There are people here who have paid you triple that and yet you do nothing to advise us or try to make us feel like you just don’t give care. KShame on you. Those of us that have asked for credits don’t expect you to return monies. Just to help us keep our holidays. Please reply to us Ignorance is disgusting. Cheryl Glanville.

suggest Cheryl that you contact ACCC and your state Consumer Department about your problem. Also the Minister for Fair Trading as there needs to be new legislation to ensure that customers receive refunds. I am doing this.

I have left a message on your online site but still have not received an answer so have decided to try here as well. We are book to go to Khao Lak 'Kalima Resort and Villas' for 4 people on to Booking IDs. SFYTYE and XYIIFH. We are due to depart on the 23rd of March. Being in our mid to late sixties our Drs have now told us not to go and that along the DFAT sms we received from the Govt. which states 'All Australians are to reconsider your need for overseas travel at this time' plus this morning's Government restriction that there will be a 14 day self quarantine when we get back, we have sadly decided we cannot risk going to Thailand that this time. We would very much like to defer this escape to some time in the next 12 months.. Can you please let us Know asap and can you also tell us if you will let the resort know we are not coming or if it is up to us. THIS IS URGENT AS WE ARE DUE TO LEAVE IN 6 DAYS? Due to the Coronavirus outbreak we have been advised by our Australian Government not to travel at this time.

This being the case, we are asking for Ayodya resorts assistance in deferring our travel to early November 2020. Note: We do not want to cancel our stay, just defer it.

I have always received nothing but wonderful service from the staff at Luxury Escapes. I understand that the unprecedented number of calls you must be experiencing must be extremely difficult for you all.

Hi we are due to depart 16Apr to Phuket. Along with many others the self inclusion period when returning from overseas is the final decider and we would now like to know our options. I noticed that the airline has been paid and it shows the costing amount on the Flight Itinerary. Does that allow us to take up any offers that the airline might offer by way of refunds or credits? My flights are showing a warning that they may be affected by an incident or issue. It appears that I can get a credit reimbursement through the airline. Should I do that and then worry about the accommodation side separately? Any advice gratefully received

However, as JETSTAR is offering flight changes for free until the end of March and the hotel is also, I am hoping LE will allow this also? Otherwise can we go direct to the hotel to change the accommodation dates please?!

I have sent two previous correspondences via your online site over the last few weeks but am yet to receive a reply. I understand your situation & that you are extremely busy but please answer my request asap. We are booked on your Five Star Egypt tour departing 17/4/20. (JDGY97 & ZJ449H) Due to the recent outbreak of coronavirus in Luxor as well as on a Nile river cruise vessel which caused subsequent quarantine of passengers, we would like to postpone this tour till a later date. Our travel also requires travelling through Dubai airport which is also causing us concern as it connects to many countries with serious outbreaks of coronavirus. Please contact me with any options you can offer. We do not want a refund, just a credit to rebook another time.

We have booked a 7 day stay in Singapore staying at the Regent Singapore + flights with Singapore Airlines.
Our booking# is R6LCW2. We booked this trip because we love Singapore and this is where we wanted to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary.
We really feel for you all at Luxury Escapes and the pressure you are under. This is the first time we have booked with you guys.
We do not necessarily want a refund but would be more than happy for Luxury Escapes to provide us with a credit or change of date after this crazy time has abated.
We want the airline and the hotel to know we would love to fly and stay at the accommodation that we have booked.
Luxury Escapes has such a good reputation and my husband and I trust that, given the world's circumstances, this will be approved.

Hello, I am feeling very stressed by the lack of response to my attempts to contact your company.
We were due to travel TODAY, but have been unable to fly due to pregnancy and being within an 'at risk' group for Corona virus.
PLEASE make contact. Booking number MIOKA3. Case numbers 01728023 and 01731194. My husband and I have waited on hold for hours, and have also requested call backs. We have had nothing but automated messages in response.
Our hotel has said they will change our dates, but only if this is organised through you.
I understand you need to prioritise the higher than usual demand for contact, but surely a travel date of today should be prioritised?!

We have a planned Trip to Bali on 28 March staying at Double6 - booking ref 25E7Y8 and E6B91H.
I have spent over 7 hours on hold over 4 attempts in the last 3 days and have emailed, really appreciate you are busy but still stressful for us.
We were going to celebrate a 50th birthday and need to plan something instead but need to know if there is a possibility of a refund.
Please could you give us the option of a refund or a LE voucher equivalent, it is unlikely that all 4 of us will be able to travel to Bali in the next 9 months, so choosing another date would be our least favorable option?

Sam I went to luxury escapes refund policy site and clicked on the link [email protected] and I got an email reply from them and was able to change my bookings. Include your booking reference no. Good luck

Hi we are due to fly to Phuket on 3rd April and have a stay booked with luxury escapes in Khao lak from 11th April. We have tried to call on several occasions and are left on hold for hours. I’ve also sent an email but had no reply. We want to know if we can get a refund or change of date given the Australian governments latest advice that only essential travel should be undertaken and 14 days of self isolation is required. I’ve found the best way to get a response is through online chat. The company is offering change of date, but not refunds.

My husband and I booked our honeymoon with Luxury Escapes to Thailand, Khao Lak and we have been advised to reconsider going and our flights transit through Singapore which are slowly cancelling. We are so sad that we won’t be able to go and we were wondering if there was anything you could do? A refund, credit or even change of dates? We tried emailing, calling and live chat and have either been on the phone waiting for hours or waiting on live chat to then be disconnected and live chat disappears, but we know at this time you guys are very busy, we leave on the 23rd March.
