When we began the process with Grahame Dawson at the Batemans Bay show home, we knew we were making the right choice! Grahame's service was second to none and got us on the road to our new home. Once the build came through to Construction, Adam Francis was our awesome Site Supervisor. Adam was consistent in his updates of the progress of the construction and there has not been anything that Adam has not been able to answer! He is a wealth of knowledge and answered all our questions with confidence and honesty. He always went out of his way to help with our many questions. He listened to our thoughts of what we wanted and tailored a beautiful house to our needs. We have just signed a contract to move forward with our build. Quan is a valuable asset to Masterton. Masterton were also very understanding and generous in these hard times of COVID19.

Richard and the team were thoroughly professional throughout the whole build. Great workmanship and quality of build outstanding. All touchups had been executed. Cost pre and post was spot on. Thank you Mark Coy for being my site manager, & Janie Issa, I couldn't have managed without your guidance. The build is better than I imagined. Minor hiccups with the shelves in laundry & butlers but Mark sorted them out for me. I explained that it was agreed on during the Colours selection. Mark had to get them ripped out & re-done as how I had envisaged it. Perfectly executed. I had a meltdown but both Mark & Janie soon sorted it out. Great work!
