We are at the start of our new adventure building our brand new home with Mcdonald Jones. We had the pleasure of meeting Tracey Neilsen and Mary at their office in Leppington. We were made to feel welcome straight away. We began our journey working along side Tracey, who was respectful and honest and happy to hear our ideas. Both Tracey and Mary were willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it to be. I have no hesitation in recommending either of them to begin your journey with McDonald Jones Homes.

Tracey and Mary did an excellent job throughout pre-construction stage. Their professionalism helped us to resolve the issues around finalisation of consolidated tender and final sales plans. Being a first home buyer, we didn't have much experience of building but their thorough knowledge of building houses in Sydney helped us get the best value for money for our new home. I wish them best of luck with other jobs.

Just writing this quick review just to let you all know that my experience with the actual build from the start to almost finish has been a wonderful stress free experience due to my building supervisor Bernard refalo he has been organized, very perfesional all ways returns my calls i just cant explain in words how pleased i have been with evey aspect of the build thanks to my supervisor thankyou bernard. .

Just had our PCI and the house is AMAZING thanks to our site supervisor Bernard Refalo who made it all happen. The construction phase was executed so smoothly because he was so organised and always on top of things and got things fixed quickly as they came up. He kept us updated on progress weekly so we knew what was happening. Overall we are very satisfied, there were minor issues along the way from pre build but mjh handled them well. Thanks to everyone at mjh involved in our build. Mjh has the best house designs which suited our needs and the quality is definitely obvious when compared to other builders. We love love love our house... and cant wait to move in a weeks time. Would definitely recommend mjh to friends and family.

Our pre-build journey with MJH Kellyville Homeworld team Vincent Klein, Linda and Mikal as been wonderful. We were greatly impressed with the professional and efficient response we received for our queries and requests for design changes to the floor plan. Vince was very helpful and accommodated our last minute request for appointments and helped us with all our enquires. I hope we will receive similar level of customer service and support in future through to the very end of the build.

I had an amazing build experience with my site supervisor Mark Docherty. He made the whole process easy to understand, he always communicated things in a timely and accurate manner, well organised with the scheduling and went out of his way to make thing easy and understandable for me from the start of construction to hand over coming up soon.

We have had a wonderful experience dealing with Vincent Klein and the team at Kellyville Homeworld (Linda and Mikal) during our tender process. Vince was professional, efficient and flexible with our design changes. He was very quick to respond to our queries even outside his working hours which was quite impressive! Vince is a pleasure to work with and has great customer service. We are looking forward to this journey and hoping that everyone we work with along the way will have the same level of dedication and professionalism we have experienced so far.

Paul from McDonald Jones Homes guided us for our pre-construction stage in a professional manner. He answered all of questions and changed tender and quote few times without any hesitation. Great experience and very happy with our new home. The communication was excellent from the first day to completion. Our project coordinator Ebony was fantastic and extremely helpful.
The build was of high standard and managed exceptionally well by David who was very approachable, knowledgeable and professional.

We are in pre-consteuction stage, we had great experience with Cassandra Bonner,she managed handled professionally & amazingly quick . Questions have been answered honestly and everything explained thoroughly.We had few changes which were amended so quickly.I would like to use Cassandra Bonner for my internal selection as well .Very Very happy! The experience with McDonald Jones from start was to finish was excellent. The Design Studio and selection day is great. Set up with Kate working with us. Johnny our site supervisor during construction kept us well informed and construction progressed quickly and finished early. Love the portal to view photos at each stage. Finally Leanne post handover who provided great service with the few minor items to be attended to. Quality is first class. We love our new home. Thank you MJH.

Had great experience till tender completion process with Vincent Klein. Comparing with other builders he's made it super efficient and easy to understand.
All this could be little bit more time efficient and less time consuming, however coordination and response to all my inquiries was very efficient and design flexibility with modifications was impressive.

Sales was slow and with some issues e.g. Our file went missing and I was the one chasing up on progress!
Up to this point pre-construction with Cassandra and the team at the colour studio is great and our initial meeting and contract signing with Sandy was also fine and we are happy at this stage .

November 29th 2022 Update: Internal selections

I spent a day with Jodee Shepherd and the experience was excellent. I completed all my internal colour selections and more and Jodee was wonderful and very helpful. The whole team at the colour studio are great including Jen and Ben. The cost of course has increased but I feel we have everything we hoped for.

We are still up to the pre-construction process but have found everything to be very smooth thus far.
The team at Kellyville were great, being first home buyers, we were not too sure about the whole process. However, we were soon reassured that we would be taken care of. Vincent and the team were able to easily accommodate any changes we made to the floorplan and home design. Responses by e-mail were extremely quick, even on his off days. We look forward to our first appointment at the MyChoice design studio!
