The laziest arrogant car dealers: NIGHTMARE
I am disgusted in this day and age, that this level of service is acceptable and people actually buy cars here, in Rockingham. I stood there for ten minutes before someone deemed to ask me anything. I had to deal with arrogance and rudeness and slippery behaviour. Not transparent whatsoever, in all honesty it was like they didn't want to sell a car. SEXIST AND ARROGANT SALES CONSULTANT
Absolutely disgusted at the way a sales consultant spoke to me over the phone when asking to compare a price! I have never been spoken to in such a sexist and derogatory way before! Good luck getting customers that way!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Knox Mitsubishi - Try to charge you more during a service
Just had a vehicle serviced at Knox Mitsubishi. They called me during the day to advise that the power steering fluid in the car is very dark and needed replacement at a further cost of $300+. What they couldn't explain to me is how a car with electric power steering (non hydraulic so no fluid..) has power steering fluid nor where I could find the reservoir in the engine bay. If that's not a dirty lying grab for money.. what is??

Brand new Pajero Sport 2017 horrible experience!
I brought a BRAND NEW 2017 Pajero sport about 3 months ago.
When I first picked up the car there was already a stain on the roof lining..
The car went in for its first service for me to get told the car has a blown diff ! Not only that but there was also other things that needed fixing on the car.
I asked for a loan car but they said no they will only give me one when the diff is completely broken and the car was undrivable. Not to mention I have 2 six month old babies! So I’d like to drive a realisable car!!
I now have to wait for approval on a new diff..
Absolutely shocking ! Never buying a car through Mitsubishi again that’s for sure .

Lack of care with Warranty Claims no results
Hi to whom this may concern,
I have had alot of dealings with Kings Mitsubishi Breakwater Geelong. In this said my original warranty claim was for the timing belt pulley, it collapsed at 95,000km and the car has had nothing but trouble since.
Sadly for me I've had 7 warranty visits with the same problem. 5th time round it was 2 faulty injectors resolving the issue, after picking up the vehicle 4 times prior, again told it was in great working order and it still had the same acceleration problems from when I took it back the second time.

Midland Mitsubishi/Hyundai DVG Horrible service
Absolutely ridiculous service 2nd and LAST time. Promised me 2 times my tires had been swapped and balanced, I marked them myself and after the service, guess what my marks are still on original places. Complain about issue and no one is capable of sorting anything out. Treated me more like an inconvenience than like a customer. Like they are doing me a favour by taking my money and not delivering anything in return

Rockingham Mitsubishi service cant be trusted.
Told my wife there was something wrong with her car.
Had the car checked by another qualified mechanic. Nothing wrong with it at all.
Confronted service manager.
He states I had fixed the problem myself. Asked to see the principal dealer.
Only thing he said was you court us out no apology no offer in anyway. Never go back.

New Car Purchases from Caloundra city Mitsubishi
I took a 11/17 diesel asx for a test drive earlier this month (june) and was quoted a price of $29500 driveaway with 12 months rego and complete with tow bar. Told them I had to get money from my super so did not sign anything on the day. Went back yesterday (21/6/2018) to sign up for the purchase and low and behold the quoted price was a no longer available. I would be very wary of this business especially if you want to have a price honoured.

Great service and car - Eastside Mitsubishi
Picked up our new car last Saturday from Eastside Mitsubishi and couldn't be happier. Our 2 year old car looked great. When Grindon noticed it was low on diesel we drove to the Service Station and he filled it up. Also he found a set of Mitsubishi Mats to go with it and threw them in. We found them professional and honest in their dealings with us and would highly recommend.

Aspley Mitsubishi Dealer Terrible Service Department
Few days ago I proceeded to Mitsubishi dealer Aspley, Brisbane and asked for fixing my car head unit, [name removed] gave me quote $80 to $300 but once he took my car to workshop he called me that fitter said the cost is around $300 to $1500 which I accepted. After 2 days he called me that they can't fix it and the solution is changing whole CAN BUS with cost of around $4000 but I didn't accept. Terrible Service
Own a 3yo Mitsubishi Triton with 60000km. Car requires a new engine and is under warranty. Have been told it will take 4-6weeks to replace. Mitsubishi Albion Park have been rude and refused to assist us with a courtousy car. Have escalated to Mitsubishi Australia and they won’t return calls or provide a hire car until diagnostic tests are done. Mitsubishi Albion Park are refusing to even look at our car to start these tests as they are too busy. In the mean time we are left without a vehicle with a business to run. Don’t buy a Mitsubishi. Not only are their engines duds, their customer service is disgusting.

ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR AT REDCLIFFE MITZUBISHI SERVICE DEALERS
After a few months of a recalled replacement of airbags was done, noticed my dashboard was not properly put back properly and SRS light was staying on longer than normal. Went to the Redcliffe dealership to ask about the problem, as I thought they garrantee there work. I was so wrong instead confronted with a very defensive, abusive receptionist who wanted to charge me, TO HAVE A DIAGNOSIS. Also contacted head office who told me that they do not have any responsibility of dealers. WILL NEVER ACT ON A RECALL AGAIN NOR WOULD I EVER BUY A MITSUBISHI because of workmanship shoddy and sloppy with not garrantee's and THE AGGRESSIVE ABUSE BEHAVIOUR by reception and not able to contact manager as all phone calls goes through reception.

Not happy with Knox Mitsubishi
Having purchased a brand new outlander from Knox Mitsubishi just over 2 years ago, we have been complaining to them at every service since the very beginning that there was a problem with the battery. it would not hold charge for very long. After every service we got the same answer "there is nothing wrong with it". Tuesday last week we put it in for a service and again complained about the battery, same answer "nothing wrong with it". ent back in to be checked again, they had it all weekend and guess what they said on Monday "nothing wrong with it". My wife drove it home and then went out to the car less than an hour after leaving the dealership and the battery was totally dead. They took the car back the next day and decided that the battery was faulty and replaced it. They then informed me that I would have to pay $251.00 for the new battery because batteries are only under warrenty for 12 months. When I explained that we had been complaining about this since we had the car they just said that they had no record of it on their system so bad luck. Got rid of my mitsubishi due to poor dealer and services!
I will never buy a Mitsubishi again due to the very poor service, follow up, and follow through at most sites. I used 3 different dealers/ service outlets and got same results at each. I was willing to drive further for better service but didn't find any. The more I spoke to other Mitsubishi owners the more I heard negative stories. This was the 3rd time for the same issue, I had gotten another day off and now had to walk an hour back to pick it up and not get fixed again. I got sick of being stuffed around and went elsewhere and ended up buying a Toyota, I have not regretted this! They have 5-star service, wash my car, offer me water on hot days, pick up/ drop off, they go out of their way at every site. They charge you a fortune for doing nothing on your car.
Took my Mitsi for a regular service to Mandurah Mitsubishi. The first impression was really nice, the receptionist was just busy with herself and didn't even notice that I'm standing there. After awhile I approached someone else who clearly wasn't a receptionist and was sitting on the other side of reception desk. Purchased 2016 outlander, found out later vehicle had been repaired. Complained & dealer said it was "cosmetic", quoted 3k to repair.

Terrible Dealers
I Own a Mitsubishi Ralliart 09, My timing "chain" stretched at 103,000km?? Car is totally stock with a excellent service history, anyways got it towed to mitsubishi to get diagnosed, they found the timing chain stretched Which bent Valves and apparently the cylinders were damaged and that i needed to replace the whole engine qouted over $9,000 just for the engine not including labour, so an engine replacement was there best case scenario.
I was out of warranty and my extended AHG warranty was absolutely useless!
