I call mkc after dropping my iPhone in salt water. Even though it was after 6 pm, Singh replied within minutes, and I was able to see him the next day. Singh took the phone apart, assessed the damage, and tried several things to determine if the phone could be saved. He was quick but not rushed, and explained everything along the way. Singh is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and was very patient with my many questions. I learned a lot, and enjoyed our chat too. Unfortunately the phone was beyond repair. But singh Help me a lot.

I first took my iPhone 6 with cracked screen repair, job was done correctly but front camera, rear camera and flashlight was not working after the repair. I went there again as camera was working before the cracked screen repair so it was under warranty, but the guy completely brainwashed me and mentioned the three parts are completely different and they have no connection, henceforth its an Intergrated Circuit issue relating to Motherboard so only Apple can fix and they infact said replacing front camera will not fix the issue. Took my Galaxy S8 into Brandon Park for screen and lcd replacement. Cost me $600 . . .
Got it back and the REAR screen wasn't sitting on properly, too high. (Didn't notice til I got home as they'd put a crappy clear plastic case on it) They obviously don't check their work or just don't care.
Took it back to have it fixed, they laughed and said they don't have parts in stock to fix it. Went back in when the parts were supposed to be there, guess what, no parts in stock and 'no care' attitude from staff.
Kept getting the run around, now it'...

I am an overseas traveller from HK. Arrived Flinders Street Station by train few days ago and found that there is a MKC mobile repairs shop within the building called Galleria which is only 1 free train stop from Flinders Street Station. Very convenience to be there and the services are fine.

All I wanted was to replace my screen (lcd), he said it was not possible. Which is incorrect but I was in no time to argue. Also didn’t put on a free screen protector which is advertised.

Have been the one in Little Collins St to fix my iPhone 6s screen and battery replacement. They fix everything for me in around half hour and explained me how to keep my battery and phone in good condition. No problem with them so far after repaired. Great work!

I have been the MKC Galleria shop to do some repairs. Staff are very nice and provide very good services repaired all my phones and iPads. Highly recommended.

They hire inadequate, unskilled staff. They destroyed my phone! Do NOT go here. They will then blame you for the damage.

Helped us with a broken iPad glass replacement and helped us recover some data after water damage to our phone. Definitely recommend them!

Took my iPhone 6 into the Highpoint store to get the screen fixed and when I went to pick it up the touch ID no longer workes. They said there was nothing they could do and didnt think it was a big deal or offer an apology. I had to argue to get a discount but my iphone is still worse off now than it was when I took it to get repaired. Terrible service.

I called the mkc store at the galleria and spoke to the manager to request an ipad mini 4 glass repair. His response was We don't have the stock, and I don't know when it will be in. I asked, Well, can you order it in? and his response was vague and non-committal. He said We don't often get mini 4's in for repair. I asked, so you can't help me. He made no attempt to find out when he could get the stock and accepted that, no, he didn't really mind if he didn't get my business. I am amazed!

Web page has misleading pricing suggesting you have a choice of non genuine and genuine and this was also the case in when my wife purchased in store and was mislead into purchasing a non genuine poor quality screen and didn’t even receive the free screen protector.
We won’t be returning or suggesting this company to our friends.

I could cry. I have replaced my iPhone 8+screen at mkc. Since my phone is almost useless. Screen freezes all the time. I am not able to type even short messages as some letters don't respond properly. Sometimes when I press one app icon it chooses different randomly. I have complained but no response. My phone is practically useless now. I am sorry to say it but that is what it is. I am so disappointed and wouldn't recommend. It would be better to pay more in allple shop.

Broke my s8+ screen got it repir within 30 mins and the quality of screen was very good i cant feel difference with my old samsung screen. Thank you for great service.

Service was very good done within 30 minutes as advertised, front staff was very help full. All over I recommend to everyone for swift repair . Being a student it helped me in saving my time and money as well.

Got my s8 done with in schedule time period. After repair it look like brand new, screen quality to highly similar to that of original one. Price was very reasonable from market.
Strongly advise everyone to visit in case u broke your gadget.

My iphone screen was broken and staff was so helpful and quick that it was back to ok condition in on time and also they were so friendly and courteous.

I went to MKC repairs at Elizabeth street to get my samsung s6 fixed because it's internal LCD was broken and the screen was alright. I just wanted them to replace the LCD but they insisted it comes with the screen when the screen was alright. The receptionist was not very helpful. It felt like they were urging us more money. So I had to pay 260$ (mind you that's still very expensive since Im an international student who lives on a budget). My samsung galaxy s6 is black but because they said they ran out of stock they put a white screen margin ...

Took my iPhone 6 in for a simple battery replacement late June, phone started going to sos and searching mode and no wifi needed to be turned off and re started for it to work. Went back to MKC and was told it should be ok, lasted two days so back again. Same story should be ok now told to squeeze it when it went into searching mode.
Get them to touch your phone . Certainly not you would be silly if you did.

I took my iphone 8 for a screen repair. The wait time was hours not 15-30 mins as advertised. The phone was not even looked at when I returned the next day so I had to make an additional trip. Then the phone ran hot and the brightness level was terrible so have had to return again; all the while the service attendant was completely disinterested. They also charged me more than the web advertised price and when I raised this I was informed it was a new offer - completely untrue as the offer runs out today the same day I have taken it back.

I reviewed the web site and decided to visit the Brandon Park store to get my sons screen replaced. I approached the counter two people sat chatting, one drinking an energy drink. Neither seemed inclined to serve me and I had to initiate the contact. The person who did serve often failed to make eye contact and came across as disinterested. He took the phone, gave me a price, checked the stock and handed back the phone saying "We don't have this in stock", the please go away now was not stated but implied. Therefore I cannot review the repairs, only the initial customer service, which to be frank, was non existent. It didn't give me a lot of confidence so I went elsewhere.

I replaced my iPhone 5s battery in February and left the phone in a draw as it’s a spare phone. Last week I was thinking to give my son to use it so I charged the phone and tried to do a software update. In one minute time the battery percentage dropped from 100% to 70%. I phoned shop was told it out of 90 days warranty and they can’t do anything about it. It’s totally wasting time and money.

Bought a screen protector, shocking quality, holding it the bottom had cracked. When I went back to ask the man he said “yeh well. That’s the way it is”
Over priced and horrible service. Go somewhere else.
