I am really happy with the support service supplied by Canyl today. I have been with More Telecom for the past few months and must say the customer support has been excellent. Any time I have rung or emailed for assistance my requests have been dealt with very promptly and the problems have been solved. I am more than happy with the company.

Business grade fibre

We moved to More Telecom two months ago and are very impressed with the services and customer support. We are hosting are own web and app servers plus email so we demand a rock solid fibre connection. Since the connection we have added a Snom phone system and several cordless Gigaset handsets all which were configured by More Telecom. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good service that actually has Australian support team.

We have been on the NBN Broadband and NBN phone system through More Telecom for just over twelve months on a wireless basis, and find it very good. The best part though, if there is a problem, it's just a matter of a phone call to the technical support team and the problem is fixed by knowledgeable and patience staff.

Dealing with telco companies has always proven to be an absolute pain but this all changed when I came across more telecom. I use them for both my companies and home services too. They have an amazing team of people that provide such personalised service which I cannot recommend enough!!!! They also introduced my businesses to Voip which has been the best thing I have ever discovered.

We recently joined More Telecom for an NBN Broadband and NBN Voice service. The process was smooth and organised. they arranged my NBN installation and then transferred my business phone number to NBN voice using their Netcomm modem and voice port. the More Telecom team especially Mike kept me informed on when everything was going to happen, and it all went like clock work.

Great for small business

As a new small business I spent quite a bit of time researching before choosing a provider, but after speaking with the team here I felt at ease. They were very knowledgeable about the products/services I would need to get started and what initially seemed like a bit of a sales pitch, transpired to be a genuine effort on their part to make sure my business is future proof. I feel I would have made the wrong choices about what I needed for my 2 site business if I didn't speak to these guys first, really glad I chose them and the upfront investment in new IP phones will definitely pay off in the long run, in fact it is already!

If you’re a bit unsure about what you might need, I’d definitely recommend having a chat with these guys.

Hello, the reviews were a few months ago, was wondering if the speeds and service have been maintained?

To the More Telecom Rep Officiall:

Is it true that More Telecom has acquired (bought) Infinity Telco or was this just for the Business side of things?

I am a Customer of Infinity wondering how this will affect me (my Account with them) and will things stay the same in the Support I get in Sydney - I value 220% Local Aussie Support, Billing etc, will all this be staying the same including the Account Manager I have at Infinity Telco??

Thanks appreciate it at this stage but I’ve spoken to Jake (Manager of Infinity) on Wednesday and explained to me that my Service with them won’t be affected, just on the Business side of things.

i joined infinity for same reason, since the take over which occurred 15/8/18, ive had no internet access, whether you call infinity or more telecom ............ no one has cared
