Everything was handled well, unit was clean easy to hook up, plenty available. It served my needs. Bond money was paid back at once even without checking the unit. Hiring MOVE YOURSELF is well worth your money

I rented a cage trailer to pick up a pallet. Half an hour later i realised that it had a drop down back gate, rather than a swinging one, making it impossible to use for loading with a forklift. Called to find if there was any chance of a refund and wa told no chance. Ended up renting a truck from another brand for almost the same price with a lot more capacity. Won't be doing that again.

First time I used a trailer and can not find my lead which is under the spare tyre. The petrol station staff would not let me on the road without attaching the lead on. Called the customer service they canceled my booking and refunded me. The staff member was very nice and patient, when I was frustrated and feel stupid. Later I found where the lead is and used Move Yourself a few times and very happy about its prices and service. However some petrol station staff can be not so nice that affect user experience.

Hire time started after leaving the depot . Ease of Hire & with telephone backup to rectify any problems. The near new trailer had everything working all in great roadworthy condition. I would happily hire from move your self again in the future.

Pick up and drop off system is easy. I had a hire where a defect in the trailer meant I had a big problem. The trailer was otherwise in great condition and subsequent hire trailer was excellent condition.The tyre blew out and the rim was damaged. I returned the trailer late because I was so delayed by the incident. One thing you might add to the trailer kit is a matching wheel brace (wasnt the same size as my 4wd) I spoke with the company and they were very apologetic and offered me a significant discount on my next hire. Impressed with their service and would happily use them again. Next time Ill look more closely at the condition of the trailer before I get down the road.

Trailer not same as ordered but rectified by customer service on mobile. No bond required just hirage fee very economical. Used trailer for house moving definitely met our needs thanks.

I hired a car trailer and also extended the hire.
The whole process was simple and the staff were helpful.
Payment was automated with the touch screen and I was ready to go in about ten minutes.
The trailer was in good order and was able to do the job well. I actually used it to carry pallets that were loaded as the trailer had a flat floor and was most suited to my needs. I have also used their cage trailer.
all in all, a good experience and I will use them again.

Hired from a Shell servo, the booking was easy and staff helpful. Trailer itself was well sized. The mechanical brakes were a little worn and not pulling the trailer up when loaded, which was a little concern. We moved on a particularly wet day and the rear tailgate leaked fairly badly (there is a sign to warn about this on the trailer, so that was fine and we were prepared).

I hired a ute with a cage. Everything went well especially considering it is an automated system. I had a few queries and the call centre was quick and obliging. I'll use again

It is quite simple to book a trailer online, I always pay with booking as there is always a discount which is appreciated. There are directions for first time users, and the customer service when you call them, if you ever need to, is impeccable.

Pick up was simple. Return all worked out and deposit refunded promptly. Would definitely use again. Ute was waiting for us to pick up before the booked time and clean condition

Booked a caged trailer at the local servo. Picked up quickly and with no fuss. Servo attendant directed me to the self service machine and helped me. Moved house and back within the time frame. All good.

Te trailer was easy to check out, hook up and move. It was clean and well maintained. The service team went above and beyond for us and we will definitely use the service again. Amazing!

I called and asked for an enclosed trailer that could fit a couple of motorbikes in it and I would only have to take one way. They booked a trailer for me and it was good, the next day I called to ask where I drop it off and they tell me it’s a return trailer and I have to bring it back, it was an 8 hour round trip, one and a half Tanks of fuel and they charged me late fees.

The whole process of renting this trailer was almost disgusting from start to finish. Firstly collecting the trailer and having to use the touch screen system that had been so over used,also no information on how the system works and as stated the overuse lack of cleaning of the touch equipment so much pressure required to the screen the process becomes long winded and confusing.
As for customer service something that does not exsist walked in and requested to hire trailer and told you have to use that machine over there with no assistance or i...

The customer service was amazing!!! I called them about 3 times for different changes to my booking and they made it all so fast and simple. I would use them again and also recommend them.

The whole process of renting this trailer was horrible from start to finish. Firstly collecting the trailer and having to use the impossibly slow touch screen system, not having the correct lead and plug for the trailer (so having to purchase my own) shredding a tyre while driving a hundred kms an hour nearly causing an accident (having to buy a wheel brace to be able to change the tyre) to the indicators not working correctly and causing the brand new car to think its in reverse every time I indicated left. But the worst part was their custome...

I hired a ute on 01/12/2019 from Fairfield Shell. The ute was very old and dirty. It is not cleaned between hires. The advantage of hiring from local servo, is that I can walk there, self check in, and get out quite quickly.
Downside is the vehicle is very old and does not drive the best. So I drive quite slowly. The Shell attendant tells everyone to refuel the vehicle. Unfortunately previous person did not refuel. I refuelled the ute and requested Moveyourself charge the previous renter and give me a refund. Waiting for an answer.

First location didnt have the trailer as per the website. Second location did, but the to and fro from the counter to the sign in screen and back again meant the whole process took twice as long as necessary.

Add to that the poor condition trailer (steering wheel shook the whole time), with insufficient tie down points...

Whole process was an expensive and frustrating one I'd rather forget.

Nothing was a problem, the staff were always helpful. When i had any questions for the attendee they were more than helpful. Excellent experience and the trailer was in very good condition.

Was dirty and had to be cleaned inside. Full of red dirt from previous people. When returning had to unhook, move the other trailer over to then return mine. Wasnt really impressed by it with no help! It was good to use though. Just disappointing when previous people dont leave it as they receive it.
