The documentation states l would receive my travel documents would arrive three weeks before departure at this time leave no documents Phoned your office today and the answer was sorry did you know there was a time change for departure of course l did know as no one had told us not very satisfactory

Very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, helped work out which package would be best for my family. Unfortunately they often only get twin share rooms from wholesalers which makes it challenging when trying to book for adults and children. Jase was able to work out a suitable package for us.
Always replied quickly to emails, phone messages, nothing was too much trouble.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at the beautiful Sheraton Grand Mirage Port Douglas. Our package including air fares, transfers and trips to Outer Reef and Low Isles all ran smoothly, and accommodation was great! Very happy with “My Holiday” and would use again! Love Port Douglas!

Our package included flights, transfers, accommodation, cabana use for a day, daily buffet breakfast and a dinner and Mossman Gorge tour. Great value for money and Denise was so helpful in arranging everything for us. Would highly recommend it.

I booked a Qld holiday to Port Douglas through Lynda My Qld holiday everything was organised great. Except the seafood buffet that was included in our package was not available when we went, but the resort management organise a seafood plater for us. The resort was very clean.

Port Douglas Winter Break

Lynda took my booking for a week away at the Shearaton Grand Mirage and all that was promised was faithfully provided. Choosing the week just before the beginning of the season meant no crowds and everything and everybody was fresh and eager to meet tourists. We timed our visit to take advantage of the Carnivale, which was great fun. The hotel was very helpful and extra credits could be earned by being eco friendly. The credits came in very handy around the pool and in the bar. A big thank you to the concierge staff who always got a mini bus taxi within about 10mins. Great idea - $5 one way to where ever you were going. I look forward to making another booking very soon. Julia

Iririki Resort

The resort staff were great, very attentive and helpful. We did however have problems with hot water. None to the spa and intermittent to the shower in the bathroom. The catamaran was out of action for our weeks stay which was very disappointing.
