I found my republic to be excellent they had me connected quickly
The customer service was spot on and I've had very consistent speeds and no dropouts

Only in use as of today, so far great.
Connection so far good. I've only been able to use it as of today as there was a problem with initial connection point in the unit.

Customer service was bloody awesome
Allan on live chat was a bloody legend and stuck with me to help fix my issue what a legend. First connection problem i've had in 2 and a bit years first ever drop out and it happened over a couple of days got on the line and allan went above and beyond for me and got me with a stable connection again!

WORST COMPANY
I have Live Chated this company 6 times as i cant even get a number to call. Sent 3 emails and have never got a call back even though they said they would and 3 days later. Spoke to them for over an hour and they didnt even read what i had said and stopped replying ? My internet cuts out 20 plus times a day.

Customer Retention, it works!
I had previously needed to suspend/disconnect my service and upon requesting reactivation I hit the 'reconnection fee' stumbling block (free for new customers). A phone call from sales within 24 hours had my account and service reconnected and with the fee waived. After this initially frustrating issue, we achieved a prompt and great outcome. Thank you. Glad to be back!!

Good Service at a reasonable price
The setup was easy, the service is fast and reliable and has plenty of bandwidth to cover my needs and chat support have been very helpful with questions I had to help understand the billing. Overall it seems like a good service at a reasonable price.

Look forward to the faster speed
New speed looking forward to it. Consultant I had today very helpful & polite, attended to all my questions & setup my service. Refreshing from the previous day when consultant put me on hold & was asked rate my experience. He never helped & I was just left there holding. I didn't leave a review as it wouldn't of been nice.

Worst customer service and after sales service. Customers don’t deserve to be spoken too. Only accepts chats!
Worst customer service ever.They don’t talk to you. Only chat line for customers that has paid as they claimed it’s more efficient. technician came And could not find a cable. Engaged electrician just to point to us where the cable was! We have ‘chatted’ to 6 different people and all Promised a response within 48 hours. Day 5 now and nothing still with not even a response of acknowledgement. really horrendous after sales service and experience. We went Into a contract hence i guess they don’t care anymore since you are locked.
Big mistake for Iselect to recommended them and we have since made a complain to withdraw. Never had such a bad experience ever!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered,Do not use!!
I have been a customer of MyRepublic for over 3 years, it had started off well & then I started getting drop outs/disconnections for which I left for a while as I was given a new modem.
Then came the very very slow speeds, Anywhere from 2.8-12Mbps of a night time (Currently paying for 100 Mbps)
I have had multiple live chats for well over an hour to be told to hard reset my modem & jump back in the Que (cant call as that has removed for Tech Support for some silly reason) Finally got a hold of someone & was advised I need to pay an additional $10 per month so the disconnections stop?
As stated above I do not recommend this Provider at all!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Good connection with customer service.
As we are in lockdown with 1 working from home, 3 uni students, 1 each in year 12 and 8 and 3 primary school age all logged on with multiple devices, we couldn't fault My Republic's connection. Its been a workhorse here.

Super fast service

I have been trying for 6 days to contact this company. I have numerous "ticket numbers", they keep saying use the "live chat", but the "live chat" is not operating at this time.
I have had 1 phone call (after numerous requests) that came in at 9.22pm last night. I am a senior and I was in bed asleep.
They don't answer texts, they don't answer emails.
I have made a very bad decision with this mob.

Terrible service for a BYO Modem
I've moved house and switched to NBN 50 BYO Modem plan. The NBN Is activated however I have had a BYO Modem from TPG which I used for my earlier NBN connection. The Modem is compatible with this new plan. However a few setting will have to be changed to ensure i can connect. However the Tech Support is really Terrible and provide support only via Chat. The chat keeps disconnectiong every single time and you have to ID yourself everytime you connect, explain the issue and they take a minimum 5 minutes to reply to every chat that you post. en 5 weeks and the service is still not ACTIVE! Updated: The issue is now resolved, the modem I had was locked with the previous provider and to identify this issue I had to wait for about 2-3 weeks. If only someone from customer service had called me it was a quick 15min call. Excellent product
Connection was good and dropouts are not so significant. However only chat option available for support is a negative it will be good to talk to a real person for troubleshooting.

Excellent customer service
I just started with My Republic and had loads of questions after I received my modem. Luckily their chat service customer service agents we're able to answer all my questions and in a timely manner.

Worst company ever
Connection frequently dropped out. I cancelled the service as we had been with MyRepublic over 12 months and they wanted to charge me for the next month. They invoiced me after we cancelled the service! They also said they would apply $100 credit for gamer headphones not received and they only applied $5 credit. AVOID MyRepublic at all costs they are crooks and you cannot phone them to compain and they are very slow on their chat service.

We are currently with another provider but are building a new house and considering a new provider when we shift. What is recommended to line up the connection run smoothly when the house is available? The house has been made nbn ready. Can you also give me all the fees and expenses in starting up a new service, there is only 2 of us and are small users but was thinking nbn25.

Hi Frank..our start up fee was around $200 mark I believe. We built our house as well and it was nbn ready. Our Monthly bill is $62 for unlimited but I wouldn’t recommend this company. It’s always slow and watching Netflix or even YouTube on the TV lags and is always loading.
