Read morebeen poor. They've broken the contract on numerous occasions. Now they are refusing to finish it off. The stress that it has created is unreal. I've started legal action. He hasn't got a leg to stand on with all his breaches. I have that much evidence emails photos messages that he will have to finish it plus fix up his mess. The thing is this should never have happened. You pay a lot of money for a pool. Narellans promise us a transparent process from start to finish, minimal stress. So untrue. I contacted their head office after I received an abusive letting from him and they told me they can do nothing. That's wrong he uses the Narellan name they should be doing something. Your installer will be obviously different from mine but don't expect any back up from Narellan head office. I hope I have not scared you off but my experience has been horrible and I hope no one else never has to go through what I have. If I can help it not happen to anyone else it would be worth it. Read more My builder would take Monday to Friday off to do other jobs and do my pool on a Saturday and Sunday. Needless to say, it took 4 months to build the pool. In the middle is that time, he forget to get the certifier to come in, so now I have an unauthorized construction in my back yard. Been chasing for 2 months now to get it certified.

Thanks for this review. I hope that this really bad mess turns out all right or at least money back. The process of getting a pool is one of the hardest things to do. So hard to know who to trust with a big amount of money

Hi John my experience is from central Victoria,my main problem is the hand over or lack of,and alarming crazing on the surface of the pool.
And just the lack of follow up service.

steer well clear of Narellan Pools,
we have had nothing but trouble with our pool and the latest was a structural crack which they have been ordered by the courts to pay

We are currently in the last stages of our fibreglass pool installation being completed, however my pool is not level and now that the pavers have been put down it is more noticeable.
What can I do?
That's a worry. I'd contact your project manager and have them rectify it immediately. we didn't have a problem with ours but they checked, che checked and checked again to ensure it was level before they laid out pavers. Contact them asap!

My suggestion would be to contact the installer of your pool to discuss this with him. If you don't have his contact details, please call Narellan Pools Head Office, and we will be able to put you in contact with him.

Clearly you’re a worker or have some form of support for them. In my case, very bad experience with a 40k broken product. How would you like that?
