Good furniture and fabric choice, well laid out store. Friendly staff not pushy just very helpful. I was very indecisive Josh was knowledgeable and very friendly and patient. Made the whole experience a pleasure. Haven’t received delivery yet 10-12 week wait. Assembly included in delivery price. Highly recommend.

Dealt with Josh when looking to purchase furniture. Over the period of two days he was very helpful and patient with us. Also helped entertain our young daughter whilst we had a good look around. Josh was very knowledgeable of all the products. Thank you for your help Josh

Store easy to navigate and Penny was very helpful to us in finding the sofas we needed. Quite extensive range of products to choose from. Looking forward to when we receive our sofas.

The service was great at Joondalup from Josh, he knew the product really well and within minutes shown me what I wanted. The range was great and I got exactly what I was looking for in my lounge.
The delivery guys where great as well. It took a little longer than anticipated, but worth the wait. Beautiful lounge, I’m very happy.

Was exceptionally well looked after by Josh. Came in twice and his patience and willingness to help on top of great knowledge and ability to explain and compare the products was wonderful. Felt comfortable and in control with a great guide who helped without pushing us into anything, meaning we left extremely satisfied in terms of service and product. Will come back to him again next time we need something from Nick Scali!

Helen gave us great customer service and was very helpful. Product range was impressive, but would of liked a particular dining table in a smaller size that was not offered.

Well laid out store with quality products. Penny looked after us and assisted with options amd choices. We then visited other stores but returned due to the comfort and quality of your products. Chad assisted us in finalising the purchase and selecting 2 further seats from the same range. Both staff members were professional and very helpful.

The store was very easy to navigate - Nice and spacious and well laid out. So many different lounges to choose from! The sales rep, Helen, was very helpful and not pushy at all. I had my eye on the Hunter 2.5 seater and Helen was able to provide me with all the right information for me to feel confident in making a purchase.

The store has an easy to navigate layout with a large selection of furniture on display. Chad was quick to greet us and explain how the customisation works at Nick Scali. He gave us the relevant information about the couches we were looking at and gave us time to decide. Once the decision was made, Chad was efficient in processing the sale. Overall a great shopping experience.

Josh listened to what we wanted and adapted what was available to suit our needs. He was helpful and courteous at all times and provided us with the best retail service we have had in years. He was not in the least pushy, just informed us of our what options were available.

I attended the Joondalup store with my nanna looking for a new couch and I have to say Josh was one of the best if not the best salesman I’ve ever come upon.
Being in sales myself I know what expectations are on sales people but he couldn’t have been more helpful.

My recent experience at your Joondalup store was excellent - my sales consultant was a lady called Penny who truly made the whole shopping experience fun - her product knowledge and efficiency was outstanding - her point of difference tho was the way she made me as the shopper feel - normally shopping is way down on my excitement list however I left the store so very excited about my $3000 lounge suite purchase with a plan to return for a dinning table and coffee table early next year .
