Remembered me when I went back into the store to purchase, remembered exactly which lounge I was interested in and never put any pressure on me, letting me take my time to make a relaxed and informed decision. I have used the Cannington store before, easy to find lots of parking. The store has a large range at great value. Staff are well educated on their products and are very helpful in trying to get the delivery window you need if at all possible.

I visited the store, for the first time, to enquire about any available floor stock...just to see what was available. After speaking with Taha, I was completely relaxed and ready to purchase a beautiful, yet heavily discounted, 5 seater chaise lounge. I usually walk in and walk out when I’m just looking but I felt very comfortable talking with Taha and asking him lots of questions. I changed my mind quite a few times, but he was extremely patient. I went to Nick Scali because they pride themselves on quality furniture I received my concrete table and as the weeks went on as I wiped down the table became more and more obvious they had scratched the table and tried to cover it up there a huge dark mark they have obviously tried to buff out and put something on it to make it look not so obvious against the rest of the table but as you start wiping it down it’s starting to reveal the big fault! its extremely obvious this has happened when the table has been made! And Because I didn’t report anything in two days they won’t do anything! Super disappointed! Because it’s one Real obvious massive mark in the concrete! And looks like a cheap table now!

We visited the O'Connor store today and were very well assisted by Kim. She was knowledgeable about the lounge we looking at and gave us good advice. She had just the right amount of attentiveness ie helpful but also gave us space to have our own discussion. Highly recommend.

A very well laid out store presenting a wide variety of quality items. My wife and I were assisted by a very pleasant, enthusiastic assistant who was very attentive to our requirements and questions, which she answered fully. We spent a couple of hours in the store over 2 separate visits. The store was was well laid out with an excellent range of furniture and soft furnishings which made it easy for us to find what interested.

On the second visit Chad helped us make a final purchase decision on a lounge - he was friendly and helpful without being pushy and had an excellent product knowledge.
