Patience of saints
I spent ages trying to make my mind up on which fabric to select. I found all the staff very patient, understanding and co-operative while i spent time making my decision. Paul even carried the sample of fabric to the window to compare different light situations for me, which was great.

Penny's Perfect!
Just a quick shout out to Penny @ Joondalup. Service with a big smile and plenty of laughs, Penny was an absolutely perfect example of someone providing exceptional customer service in store!
Further to that, Penny also chased up delivery info and kept us up to date when we could expect our new lounge. Well done Penny, and a great store to shop in Nick Scalli Joondalup.....

Looking forward to it
It was easy to find what I wanted although the colour was difficult because of the lighting in the store, the grey colour did not look grey. We haven’t got our furniture yet.

My husband and I have never been into a Nick Scali store before. Today (2/2/2020) we walked into the Cannington Branch WA and was greeted by a wonderful man named Paul. He showed us products that we were interested in. Paul was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in advising us. We walked out with a leather lounge for our cinema room and 8 leather dining chairs. Very very happy with the quality and price of our furniture and of the amazing service. We will be back.

Best sales lady ever
Lydia is the best! Fun and intuitive, she managed to get my design and colours right and even encouraged me to go a bit wild with the Judo chair! Love it! Now just have to wait for delivery. Thanks Osborne Park team!

I bought a dover leather recliner. It arrived with travel damage(no big deal and easily fixed) and the recliner feet were not level. The technician who fixed the dents said he would follow it up but I didn't hear from him so I called them. They told me that the showroom couch was the same so they closed my complaint. After repeated calls they finally sent someone over who put chocks under one side of the feet to "fix" the problem but the real problem is that the sofa was poorly constructed.(of course they can't fix that). is so poorly designed ergonomically there is no way to sit comfortably on it. Apart from the poor design and build quality, the staff were so rude and dismissive of my issue that I now take the time to actively discourage everyone I know and meet to steer clear of these guys. Lounge suite purchases
A really wide range of modern and classic furniture to choose from, and some great assistance from Dominica. The experience was very positive, and we look forward to having these items in our home for many years. However, the store could certainly use an upgrade to the antiquated paper based ordering/purchasing system which added a significant and frankly unneccessary amount of time to the shopping experience.

Paul was attentive, helpful and patient during our visit to find the perfect reading chair. He even helped us choose the fabric! We decided to buy a single seater recliner and can't wait to receive it!

Don't go past Nick Scali clearance centre
It was easy to browse around the store. Staff were very helpful. They listened to what we were looking for and showed us the perfect lounge. Great range of products, so many bargains. Quality was very good for floor stock.

Very Satisfied
We visited the Midland Nick Scali store 3 times trying to decide on the lounge we wanted. Rima was there each time and was exceptionally helpful and accommodating while we spent many hours wandering the large display room. The only down side it the lead time for the order but we will get a custom lounge exactly how we want.

How Customer Service Should Be.
After a very shaky start with an ex employee and a payment error on my part I was extremely pleased with the service from Louis. Never failed to call back and sorted delivery out to my complete satisfaction. This is the diffrence between on-line shopping and dealing in person with a very competent member of staff.
