Poor quality Recliner broke down 3 times in 5 months
In March 2022 we purchased an electric 3 seater Liama sofa. We paid $3300. We had to wait for 3 months for the sofa to arrive. Two weeks later both foot rests did not operate. Not happy, a week later the Scali technician replaced both motors in the footrest. Went o/s for 3 months. Then in November 2022 the right side foot rest stopped working. Very unhappy wanted our money back was our preference. The Osborne Park Nick Scali store could not help, they had to “escalate” the problem to Sydney head office. up and separated the cord to the foot rest and it worked. Claims the factory in Malaysia can leave oil on the lead. Fair enough. But we were now becoming very dubious about the quality of the recliner. And you guessed it in Jan 2020 the right side of the recliner sofa stopped working again! Furious we complained again locally to Osborne Park Nick Scali, but out of their hands. We wanted a refund, but It had to be “escalated”again. Then a female Nick Scali representative we presume from Sydney rang. She outright refused to discuss a refund, or at least a replacement. Under Australian Consumer Law we are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure. Would not discuss, only wanted their technician to “inspect” the sofa again. Same technician came a week later and replaced the right side foot rest motor again! It started working again, but our confidence in the sofa was shattered. The stress with again arguing for a refund with Nick Scali was too much to think about! The recliner sofa is now in our garage and on Gumtree for sale. Be very careful buying at Nick Scali. Our experience as you can see from above was very traumatic and customer service is non existent!

Finding the perfect pieces for our new home was a breeze!
We were met by the very enthusiastic Lydia. She was patient and flexible in helping us select the perfect lounge for delivery to our new home, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We will be back for her help with furniture for the rest of our home!

Great Customer Service
I really like the layout of the showroom. There are so many beautiful choices yet it feels comfortable and un-cluttered. Lydia was really patient as I took a long time considering my options. Her friendly nature and good product knowledge made for a great shopping experience. I purchased what I can say is the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on and I can't wait for my delivery.

Don't go past Nick Scali clearance centre
It was easy to browse around the store. Staff were very helpful. They listened to what we were looking for and showed us the perfect lounge. Great range of products, so many bargains. Quality was very good for floor stock.

The TV unit I purchased was vastly different to the one in the showroom and didn’t have the features claimed by salesman. Nick Scali would not replace or refund payment.

Worst customer service ever!
I posted a review last night about my extremely unhappy and disappointing experience dealing with Nick Scali in Osborne Park. Long story short- I was initially sold dining chairs ( and paid for upfront) that became unavailable three days later, then told I could purchase different ones that were more expensive. And finally, after taking $2042 up front, they failed to deliver my chairs on the agreed date (another of their many system errors).

I have made an interesting observation that my negative one star review was immediately buried by twelve five star reviews, all saying the same thing but from different alleged locations and alleged customers- fantastic customer service, fantastic delivery service and amazing [name removed] This has led me to the conclusion that the majority of the reviews published here are actually false- that is, the real reviews such as mine are the few one star reviews and these are immediately followed by false five star reviews that then push the real one star reviews to the bottom of the page. New lounge Furniture
We have been looking on and off for new lounges for 2-3 months, and noticed in the paper several furniture outlets had post Christmas sales, including Nick Scali. We went to the Osborne Park Showroom, and were attended to by Jan.
We have purchased other items from you, and our Daughter has also bought a lounge suite from your store, and both of us have been impressed with the quality of the products purchased.

what was available, from what we considered a good range of products, and offering numerous suggestions as to what options we had ( a lot more options than we had been considering before). Nothing seemed too hard for Jan, and she was most accommodating with our numerous questions and changes of mind. Her knowledge of what was available in store was excellent. After leaving the Showroom with several options to consider, we visited numerous other Furniture outlets, but none had the range of furniture to compare, or could match the quality/price available at Nick Scali. After a lot of discussion and consideration overnight, we decided to visit your Showroom again with the intent to investigate further options and maybe make a purchase. Jan noticed us arrive and asked if she were able to assist us further. Jan was most prepared to take whatever time we needed, and was most patient with us. After another considerable amount of time with even more options considered we were able to finalise a purchase (somewhat different from our original thoughts), but to our mind most acceptable. With the help of Jan and her extensive knowledge of the range of products available, we were able to finalise our purchase without any pressure and will look forward to receiving our purchase, when it is delivered.Similar opinion? Very helpful
My husband and I were looking for furniture to compliment a new lounge suite and were impressed with the range on offer, though it would have been good to see the matching furniture closer together (e.g. coffee table and TV unit) so that we weren't constantly walking all over the shop! The sales staff were very helpful, friendly and very accepting of our two children who were eager to explore - hopping on to every couch and turning on lamps everywhere whilst we browsed. We dealt with Carl, who offered his opinion and guided us in our decision-making process without being pushy. We are looking forward to receiving our items in the coming month!

Lydia provided me with some amazing service. She was very helpful in helping me choose the perfect lounge with for my house. Lydia gave me lots of ideas and options and on top of that she was amazing to deal with. Very cheerful and funny which made the experience in the store even better.
