Rima was very knowledgeable on the products, and made choosing a lounge enjoyable. She was also great on giving us design ideas. I can’t wait to see our new lounge!

Katie at the Midland store was very helpful and a very delightful person, she is very knowledgeable and allowed us to take our time in choosing the right furniture for our new house.

Louis was very helpful and made our experience enjoyable with his knowledge and friendly manner. He showed us many suitable lounges after finding out what was important to our needs.

Took us quite a while to decide exactly what we wanted. Rima was fantastic - very patient and knowledgeable about the products, she helped us choose exactly what fits in our room, can’t wait for our lounge to arrive!

After 3 visith and endless patients from Louis we have today finely ordered new lounge furniture.

Rima helped us select the perfect lounge for our family including the style colour and leather selection. Would highly recommend visiting the midland store and speaking with Rima fantastic knowledgeable friendly service.

We visited the Midland Nick Scali store 3 times trying to decide on the lounge we wanted. Rima was there each time and was exceptionally helpful and accommodating while we spent many hours wandering the large display room. The only down side it the lead time for the order but we will get a custom lounge exactly how we want.

After a very shaky start with an ex employee and a payment error on my part I was extremely pleased with the service from Louis. Never failed to call back and sorted delivery out to my complete satisfaction. This is the diffrence between on-line shopping and dealing in person with a very competent member of staff. My husband and I went the Nickscali in Midland yesterday took us 3 hours there couldn’t decide what we want, Rima spent 3 hours with us to help us choose whats best for our new house. She’s very lovely lady and has a lot passion! We have had very good service from her and the manager team. We’ve purchased our dream sofa and a set of Provence

Today I made a follow up visit to the Midland store and was greeted by Katie, who remembered my name from a previous visit. She was very patient and gave us very good advice on various choices available. She was never pushy but appeared at the right time to offer assistance. I enjoyed the experience and the many options available and purchased a sofa. I am looking forward to the delivery later and would like to thank Katie for her exceptional customer service and would recommend Nick Scali Midland.

The store was easy to navigate with a good range of quality products. Sales staff were busy with customers yet able to adequately assist in choosing products. On making our purchases paperwork was expediently and efficiently finalized.

Thanks to Katie for her excellent knowledge of the furniture that I choose for my house. She was very nice and present to talk to and made the process of buying the furniture enjoyable. She also showed me different products that matched what I wanted and also helped me with the different qualities, in teams of material and how to look after them. We had visited a couple of the other Nick Scali stores (as well as almost every other furniture store in Perth) while hunting for a new couch and had narrowed our choice down to a couple. Upon visiting the Midland store (which I must admit had the best store layout as well) we wanted to try and come to a decision once and for all. Louis helped us finalise our choice with his knowledge and friendliness, and without pressure. He made sure we got the most cost-effective deal while still getting exactly what we wanted. Everyone in store was great with our young kids while we had our discussions and did the paperwork. Great service and hoping for a smooth and easy delivery.
