April was extremely helpful with helping us determine if the chair we had chosen was suitable for the space. She was very friendly and gave me numerous options to choose from. I haven't received the product as yet.

Joshs service in store
The service was great at Joondalup from Josh, he knew the product really well and within minutes shown me what I wanted. The range was great and I got exactly what I was looking for in my lounge.
The delivery guys where great as well. It took a little longer than anticipated, but worth the wait. Beautiful lounge, I’m very happy.

The TV unit I purchased was vastly different to the one in the showroom and didn’t have the features claimed by salesman. Nick Scali would not replace or refund payment.

Love nick scali, Great Service, Great Furniture
Me and my brother were looking for a lounge to buy and ended up popping in to nick scali to have a quick look at what they had . We were having a look around and were asked if we needed any help by Chris one of the Sales team . Chris asked someone questions regards what we were looking for and ended up showing us a few different styles and ended up buying one of your lounges . I thought the service we received by Chris was awesome, Chris was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. The type of Service you just don’t get any more . Well done Chris, we will definately be back in the future to see you for more furniture.

Frustrating experience
The purchase of a dinning room table before Christmas has been an absolute nightmare! An unpleasant and extremely frustrating experience!!
Store assistant- Helen has been lovely and understanding, she was not pushy when we purchased our table and was the only apologetic one when we received a damaged table!

Was exceptionally well looked after by Josh. Came in twice and his patience and willingness to help on top of great knowledge and ability to explain and compare the products was wonderful. Felt comfortable and in control with a great guide who helped without pushing us into anything, meaning we left extremely satisfied in terms of service and product. Will come back to him again next time we need something from Nick Scali!

Great salesman
We originally visited the cannington store to look for a new recliner couch, Justin listened to our needs, showed us our options and we left knowing what lounge we wanted to purchase. We visited another retailer and thought we would like to check out another style of couch at nick scali so we popped into our local store in Cockburn where Taha showed us new options. We decided we still like the original one and purchased that day. Both Justin and Taha had fantatsic customer service, listened to our needs, didnt pressure to make a choice and purchase that day
Cant wait to get our new couch!!

Worst customer service ever!
I posted a review last night about my extremely unhappy and disappointing experience dealing with Nick Scali in Osborne Park. Long story short- I was initially sold dining chairs ( and paid for upfront) that became unavailable three days later, then told I could purchase different ones that were more expensive. And finally, after taking $2042 up front, they failed to deliver my chairs on the agreed date (another of their many system errors).

dit card will be refunded. I still have no dining chairs but I would rather start all over again than have to deal any more with this incompetent inefficient and unreliable business. I have made an interesting observation that my negative one star review was immediately buried by twelve five star reviews, all saying the same thing but from different alleged locations and alleged customers- fantastic customer service, fantastic delivery service and amazing [name removed] This has led me to the conclusion that the majority of the reviews published here are actually false- that is, the real reviews such as mine are the few one star reviews and these are immediately followed by false five star reviews that then push the real one star reviews to the bottom of the page. What a great sales person Chris is,!!!!!!
We just wanted to praise Chris! He was fantastic,polite,professional and made buying our new lounges a great experience .Gave us all the info & showed us all the fabric swatches to pick,Previously when we came to the store we were only shown one colour swatch & the sales person was just not interested ! Good service and prices during the January sale
Good service and prices during the January sale. Bought 2 sofas and tables to go with them. Long wait for delivery but expecting that I’ll be kept informed on that by April (sales asssistant in store)

This was customer service at it should be.
The store's layout is good. I loved the comfort of the displayed lounge and have now bought two. The amount of fabric colours and textures were ample.
Was most impressed by Chris's generosity and grace, as I'd interrupted his lunch break and he showed that customers do come first. Well done, Chris.
An enjoyable experience and I'm counting down the time until we receive our new furniture.

My husband and I went the Nickscali in Midland yesterday took us 3 hours there couldn’t decide what we want, Rima spent 3 hours with us to help us choose whats best for our new house. She’s very lovely lady and has a lot passion! We have had very good service from her and the manager team. We’ve purchased our dream sofa and a set of Provence
I recommend this shop not just very high quality and also very friendly staff. I won’t spend so much money if I don’t get the best service in here. So Rima 5 stars for you.
