The Julio suite I purchased which was incorrectly supplied, (see previous post) broke down within 10 hours on Day one of ownership. It is now day 5 of ownership and I still havnt received a confirmation of time and day for fixing the lounge. You would think that a national brand would have a priority service for selling a “lemon” Eg: fails on day 1 to sort this out asap. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely poor service, still waiting. A full refund would be the best outcome now!!

I bought some new Otho range dining room furniture from Nick Scali less than a week ago and was delighted when they were delivered this morning. A table, four dining chairs, a bench, a buffet and a nest of tables. Scott, the salesman at the Cannington Branch was excellent and knowledgeable. Gave me very good advice. He knows Furniture.
The delivery guys were prompt, kept in text contact all the way through and had them assembled, installed and in place in about an hour. Cannot fault their service and communication & the furniture looks pretty cool.
I’m extremely happy with the entire process.

My visit to Nick Scali was fantastic. I did not have an idea of what lounge I wanted to buy - I was helped through that process with very helpful staff. And had a small hiccup with payment but the support staff gave me the time to sort that out too. I was informed of the progress of my order throughout. The lounge is so lovely. I definitely chose the right product. Thank you to the staff at Osborne Park.

My wife thought the attitude of the sales lady Dominica was not great. On reflectionI am inclined to agree with her.
The pricing was clearly marked as including the side table in the model lounge we wanted. We added an additional side table and Dominica tried to charge us for two. When challenged Dominica proceeded to tell us we were incorrect and at my wife's insistence got up to go and check the price ticket. I photographed the ticket and showed it which ended the argument.

Nick Scali also did stick more or less to the delivery time quoted, okay plus a week, but in this climate, I have had goods I ordered from an overseas stop in Singapore for an extended holiday, so no great surprise. nickscali is one the great store to buy the lounges because there is so much variety with orders made to suit your requirement and the products offered are quality products. Dominica was fantastic and answered all our questions along with advising us on the selection. Very happy with nickscali.

I can't fathom why Nick Scali has not been featured yet on A Current Affair or hit the press for consumer ethics violations. I wish I'd never bought from this company. Nothing but hassles, phone calls, going round in circles, mistakes, delays. The entire experience just doesn't warrant buying it.
The latest issue is getting a refund owed to me in November 2021 from Nick Scali O'Connor (WA) for a mirror I purchased and paid in full on the day ($690), only to be called some weeks later and told that although the warehouse had one in stock in WA,...
Read more it could not be delivered and therefore my order could not be completed. The only option I was offered was to wait for another one to arrive on a shipment in May 2022. I declined and insisted on a full refund. Louis, the store manager, said that was fair enough and agreed that 6 months was too long to wait for something I had been promised in December 2021. That was confirmed via email with paperwork in November 2021 from Louis. It's now 27 January - still no refund. I've called O'Connor - it goes to the Nick Scali central number. I drove to the store in person last week - got given a business card of the store manager and told to call him directly - the tel number on the card goes to the Nick Scali central number. So I spoke to the lady at the central number today, who referred me back to the O'Connor accounts dept and transferred me to that dept, only to get a voicemail saying 'no one can answer your call right now, leave a message'. This is a joke, right? This is the latest in a long list of 'issues' I've had with Nick Scali over October, November and December 2021 in WA, including promises items were in stock at the WA warehouse only to be told they got sold to someone else who wanted it quicker than me and now I'd have to wait for another shipment - or worse, they would try to get my items taken off another customer who wanted it delivered later than me and make them wait (!!!), a drunken sales assistant at the Midland store (at 10am in the morning!), missing items in deliveries, promises of call backs that don't come, etc etc etc. I strongly advise anyone buying from Nick Scali to reconsider. The sales people wipe their hands off you once the deposit is paid and the sales transaction is done; if you call them with a question or issue, they refer you to the warehouse, the service centre, accounts, or the hotline claiming "I don't deal with questions or issues, all I do is sell the stuff". It's an operation where the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. It's that bad. Yet you, the customer, who has likely paid thousands upon thousands (as I have done) is stuck in the middle just trying to get some decent customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR EFFORT.- Customer Service

Geoff at the Joondalup branch explained all that was needed and helped us determine the best configuration for us Better still, the lounge will be installed when it arrives.

After nearly five months waiting for a sofa, 21/08/21 ordered 13/01/22 delivered, with no communication from the store I tried mediation to resolve the issue but achieved nothing but excuses. I understand supply issues, I understand the current climate. What baffles me is the complete indifference the store demonstrated. A very poor customer relations exercise. That's the last shop at Nick Scali.
