NoWorries were good to deal with. Their website makes it really quick and easy to purchase and the call centre staff were helpful when we needed to make a change. Had to make a claim for some medical expenses when we got back and this was paid within a week of us submitting our claim.

Wouldn’t cover for earthquake
Had to cancel flights to Mexico City because of the 2017 earthquakes. City in ruin, economy stopped, the job I was meant to be doing over there put on indefinite hold.
No Worries Insurance refused to cover on the basis that the Australian Government did not ban travel to the area.
Very disappointed.

On two occasions I incurred disruption to my trip, and on both occasions, no worries travel insurance found loop holes that allowed them to get out of paying. In the contract, it states that delays are covered up to $5000. But in actual truth, most flight disruptions only pay up to $500, if anything at all. And let's not forget that excess must come out first, leaving you with barely any money back (none in my case because, as I mentioned before, they had a bunch of fine print that allowed them to sneak out of paying). this company again. Thankfully I wasn't hurt overseas; but did you know that the huge sum of money that health issues is covered for is broken down into fine print? Apparently, that $50000000 dollars, only allows you $100/day hospital stay cover. No hospital in the world charges such a small amount per day. This insurance is not worth your money or time. Horrible Team, Unprofessional Company, Misleading Advertising
Terrible Team to deal with which seems more like a "one person team" as of a useless woman [name removed] replies to my e-mail every time. No Worries Insurance, it's a joke, it should called Definitely Worry Insurance. When I filed my complaint she's the one replies advising about the review as well. With any normal organization if you file a complaint then the manager of that person should supply answer, not the same person you were complaining about... Fed up with them or Her. evidence. The Insurer or [name removed] herself standing by it was unattended which it was never the case. My next step to file my complaint with the Ombudsman. I would not recommend to anybody to use them. Do your research, pay a little more extra, go with a decent reputable Insurer instead worry later choosing a dodgy one as No Worries Insurance, which definitely not standing by the name they represent. January 5th 2018 Update: Horrible Insurance instead of No Worries Next step in the process... after 4 months of battle with this disgusting insurer I'm filing the case with the Financial Ombudsman Service hoping there are still reasonable human beings out there. Providing countless reports and follow ups with this horrible company... they are sticking to their views and unwilling to pay out. I sincerely hope nobody to go through that much anger and disappointment as I did. I can't emphasize enough do your homework, and pick a reputable insurer. I hope things turn and companies like No Worries Insurance will go out of business, because that's what they deserve. I definitely learnt my lesson.1 comment

What a dragged out and impossible claim process
3 months on and I'm still jumping through hoops to make my claim accepted. Pure waste of time do not bother with this pathetic company. have provided everything they have asked for and more but they continue to ask for stuff i assume for me to just give up or run out of time before end of claim period.

Absolutely appalling insurance. We paid for fully comprehensive insurance as we were going to be away a month. Our car was broken into and a backpack stolen, which had our passports, some valuables and some cash. Under this policy, the only thing covered were the bags, which were then "depreciated". Seriously, a borderline internet scam.

Stay away. Depreciation on lost item. Give zero star
I lost my MacBook Pro, iPad and iPhone. These items were old and these guys applied depreciation when processing the claims. There was a long delay. I also applied for missed flight claims that was declined as these guys seemed to be super stingy.
I paid 1900 for MacBook, 700 for iPad and 1081 for iPhone but I just got 2150 in a claim. How on earth I can purchase these items with this refund? I used Cover more insurance when I travelled to Europe lost my Samsung phone last year, they issued 100% refund. No wonder these guys are cheap

Misleading website-did not pay claim for a cancelled flight
Start to worry!!! Not satisfied at all as NO WORRIES insurance rejected to compensate me for a flight that was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Receptionist was understanding and in agreement with my case but still it appears that they looked for any possible reason not to approve my claim.

Kirsty, I'm not working for this useless No Worries Insurance... your question should be directed to them... My case at the moment is pending with the Financial Ombudsman... More than one year past by since I lodged my claim... If I'd be you I'd go as far from this con company as I could. Go read reviews and pick an Australian trusted one. I can guarantee you No Worries Insurance will find every reason to not to make a pay out on your policy. Anything you can prove you own, by personal pictures, receipt, bank statement should be sufficient evidence for most companies, once again stay away from this one if you want peace of mind.
