Oz Cruising - You Rock!

I wouldn't go past Oz Cruising to book any of my future cruises (I'm sure there'll be many). I did have a short wait to speak with a human but the service, friendliness, knowledge and 'can do' attitude, definitely made the wait worth while! Isabelle, Claudia and Colleen were all professional and helpful and are worth more money! Keep up the great work Oz Cruising!

Booked a cruise over a year in advance, then had to cancel. My cancellation as per ships policy would have entitled me to full refund, ozcruising have there own extortionate fees. Not negotiable. I then decided to book a long weekend cruise (3 share) still they would not waver my cancellatoon fee despite booking another cruise. Myself and family have booked 4 previous family cruises with this company. They have now lost our buisiness. Other cruise booking agencys match prices waver credit card fees and do not impose restrictions on cancelling. Never again ozcruising.

I booked and paid deposit a cruise departing in August 2017 in October 2016. Received confirmation and receipt with reservation number and instructions to pay balamce by June 2017. In April 2017 i went online to pay balance owing and check details of my booking. Using my booking details i was advised onsite that my booking didnt exist. Also chrcked with P &O directly and received response that booking had been cancelled. Can't get in contact with ozcruising - no explanation why mt bookings been cancelled and they have my money.

No Customer Service and Happy to Rip Customers Off

Booked a premium cabin on a Carnival Cruise with Oz Cruising as an early bird offer only to find a few months later there is even better pricing with an increased on board credit. Enquired as to my eligibility for the onboard credit only, and was told it wouldn't apply to my booking. The service from Oz Cruising is terrible! Spend $7500 and they will happily alienate you for $200 in onboard credit!! Disgusting.... Avoid Oz Cruising if you expect any type of quality customer service.

Had no troubles booking a cruise through Oz Cruising. The pricing was good and that was the main thing for me as I already knew what cruise I wanted to go on and didn't need any cruise advice. While they were a bit difficult to get in touch with over the phone, service via email was reasonably prompt.

Have now booked 7 cruises with Ozcruising since 2010 and cannot fault the service. Have saved considerable dollars over direct cruise line quotes. Would recommend to any future cruiser but compare others for peace of mind. Excellent.

We didn't have to pay straight away they let us think about it. I would recommend anyone book through Ozcruising.

We booked a cruise for march staff have always got back to us by email in less than 24 hrs after email sent and answered my questions as this is our 1st cruise there were a lot of questions i needed to ask and they have been extremely helpfull, so so far everything has run smoothly and I'm sure will remain so

I had no problems with arranging the trip, as we had no experience cruising we had no expectations.
The staff were great and there were plenty of choices food wise.

Booked in Jan. for March cruise. Received a booking number but as far as I can now tell NO BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE. Pathetic service. I have had no replies to emails. Telephone is just not answered. Website is useless. Absolutely no response to any requests for information. This company is communication averse.

I didn't mind being placed on hold for a little while. The staff member who managed my query was pleasant and most helpful. They were quite busy yet her phone etiquette did not suggest that she was too busy to take the time to resolve the issues/queries in relation to my booking. That is called professionalism. She is a credit to the company and more telesales people should have this skill. Even if you are extremely busy or having a bad day it should never show in your phone voice. You should always "hear" a smile. Well done to the team. I'm sure you have a high volume of calls and you do the best you can!!

Have booked a few cruises with these people, really gone bad since Dec trying to book an additional cruise cannot get a poitive reply, I think they are now working offshore as all the replies to emails come late afternoon, I live in Canberra and cannot get a reply and this were they are supposed to be based?? Am going to check their location out when I get into the city. Last time I will use them.

To let every one know if you take the cheap prices you are quoted online by Oz Cruising and take that to most travel agency they will price match as we should have done.
We had a problem with Royal Caribbean who I would not recommend either and we have sailed with them twice before but they are going down Hill on Service any way after making numerous phone calls with no reply or return calls just glad we were not overseas and when we did get on to the right person they just gave me the cruise line phone number. Oz Cruising did not want to know about it so you are on your own if you have a problem never again will we use an online travel just there prices to get the shop front travel agency to give you the cheap fares.

Been on hold for 45 minutes.

I emailed last week and never got a response. I got my etickets on the weekend and did not get the deck I booked. I phoned and they were closed so I emailed and never got a response. I phoned P and O they told me they told Oz Cruising and they were to tell me about my deck change. They are open today so waited all morning for a response from my emails which did not happen so now on hold an hour. Oh they answered.
Did not care. They have my money and they do not care. Never again. Cruisers beware.

Quick & Efficient service

I booked multiple cabins on the Emerald Princess over the phone and received excellent service at very good prices.
Our consultant arranged our cabins next to each other with a minimum of fuss. I also received quick responses to email queries. The website is very user friendly and great for search prices. I find it easier to call to make the bookings. I will continue to book through Ozcruising if the service and prices remain the same.

Fantastic price with onboard credits

When booking our cruise price was the main consideration, I checked prices at many of online cruise web sites. Price was essentially the same everywhere - some websites looked cheaper at first but then they had to add taxes, port fees, etc.

Ozcruising provided the best price and more onboard credit than all websites I compared them to. The booking process was also very easy.

Why do Ozcruising not answer their phones or reply to emails even although they are promising replies within 10 to 15 days and why are they not paying out refunds within 90 days as promised on their original cancellation forms. P&O have told me that Ozcruising would receive our refund within 60 days but Ozcruisings’ automatic response says we won’t get a payout within two and a half years. Why?

Can only guess that they hold onto our money in their account as security. as one of the other reviewers said "The banks who provide credit card merchant facilities to travel agents require them to hold large amounts of cash as security"

That is a pretty weak excuse for a company that wants to carry on trading after the pandemic. Promising 90 days refund and changing it to 2 years credit is not the action of an honest company desiring to continue in business. I ask ‘why’ because this company’s inaction and lack of response is quite baffling to me.
I was hoping for a convincing explanation direct from OzCruising. The whole fiasco only makes sense to me if OzCruising is colluding with P&O to avoid paying out refunds. P&O refuse to get involved, even although the actions of OzCruising as one of their agents is reprehensible.

This is a part of OZ automatic email reply....obviously a blatant lie as RC has confirmed that OZCRUSING have received our refund money (less than 45 days after requesting a refund not a FCC).

The pandemic reason is getting a little thin.. especially when you consider that this is an online travel agent ...who can work from any remote computer.

Q: When will my refund come through?

We have been informed by most of the Cruise lines that refund processing times have increased substantially, this has had an impact on our ability to process refunds for some time.

Unfortunately, due to the Cruise Lines taking longer to refund money it will take at least 6 9 months before the funds are received by our office, once received we will prioritise these in cruise date order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we process a high volume of refunds due to the global pandemic and reduced staffing levels.

I don't think I would be sending any money to this lot. They seemed to go into Hybination at the first sign of trouble and are very hard to contact at any time.
