We have dealt with Kerri Hanisch at PHT Modbury and previously at Norwood and Stirling for 10 years and many cruises. Her attention to detail leaves us with no doubt our trip will all go according to plan. She is always very happy and willing to help if we need to make any changes.

We just got back from an amazing trip to Egypt. After we booked our trip we moved to another state for work and thought we would miss out but Belinda went out of her way to ensure that we were able to meet up with our group without any hassles. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and look forward to working with Belinda on our bucket list :)

Hopeless, we went to get a european cruise and land package deal last week for our very first european trip in august 2020, we gave the Travel agent our itinerary details, she says we will give us a quote the same day by email or by phone. 5 days later still haven't heard from phil hoffman travel. and still waiting. Wasted my precious time with them. We are very disappointed with the company . Don't waste your time like we did..

Just returned from our first major overseas adventure, visiting numerous cities. We worked out which places we wanted to visit and then took our ideas to PHT at Semaphore. They were able to match prices for accommodation that we found ourselves on booking sites without any fuss. Our consultant, Simone, was brilliant. Organised everything beautifully and explained everything in detail. We were handed a pack which contained all our accommodation, rail passes and air travel confirmations together with insurance. Amazing service. Linda, another consultant, we saw briefly when Simone was on leave, and she was also very helpful. Have recommended PHT to friends and they will be our 'go to' travel consultants in the future.

We wanted to take an extended holiday to visit China Taiwan Japan and Hong Kong, so we approached our wonderfull friend Mel at PHT. She had previously organised a number of very complicated holidays for us in prior years. They all went like clockwork and we never had cause for complaint even though some of the logistics were not straight forward.

This holiday was no different and again it was faultless. We were able to enjoy our holiday without worrying about connections and transfers. In addition Mel had organised our seating for some 7 flights, which really made things so easy at some very chaotic airports like Beijing, Shanghai.
