Mark is an excellent travel advise.
He helped sort out a trip to the USA for me & girlfriend .
It is a pity we didn't get there because of the stupid virus, but he was able to put everything on hold for when we are ready to go again with out us lifting a finger.

Under very difficult circumstances, Mark’s response to my enquires following the abrupt end of my holiday has been brilliant. I have been reassured and rearrangements done quickly. Due to Carona iris, cruise fromAdelaide to Singapore was cancelled at Fremantle, we spend two extra days onboard the Majestic Princess, and the staff were fantastic, an experience we won’t forget. Arranged flights to Singapore from Freeo and had a ball in Singapore, 9 nights instead of 4.

We booked a trip to Myanmar with Scenic through Kerri at PHT.
One of the best tours and organization I have encountered over 12 overseas trips.
The country was amazing and I came away feeling very humble and priveliged to have done this tour.
Theres was nothing I could say was bad: right from the organization of Kerri, at PHT to the amazing tour put together by Scenic with a very kind and knowlegeable tour guide .

We had no idea where to start with planning or holiday! Belinda listened to our travel goals and ‘must do’s’ and found us the most perfect tour that answered them all. Importantly it all fit within our budget with no unexpected fees. We traveled through Central Europe for 3 weeks which included Christmas and New Years. Highlights included the beautiful Christmas markets, seeing Prague lit up at night and learning so much from the fabulous local experts on our tour. This trip exceeded our expectations - I’ve come home feeling completely satisfied with the whole experience. I would definitely book through Phil Hoffman travel again.

My wife and I have availed ourselves of the services of PHT now for a number of years. We have always found the service provided to be most satisfactory. Since the opening of the Modbury Branch our consultant has been Bernadette Boyce. We cannot speak more highly of her. She is very experienced and extremely professional. I like to keep on top of our holiday planning details and Bernadette is right there with us every step of the way. I booked a family tour to Eastern USA and Canada (15 days) through Natalie at PHT at Modbury. Throughout the whole process Natalie was friendly, professional and ready to help whenever I needed it. She went above and beyond what I expected of her and her customer service was exceptional. As this was my first experience booking a trip through an agent and my first big trip overseas there were times I sought clarification and answers to questions and Natalie always got back to me quickly and nothing was ever too much or too hard for her. We have spent a wonderful 14 days in Cambodia and Vietnam, including a Mekong Cruise.

We attended an info night with PHT escort APT trip to Canada & Alaska in 2014 & had Kelly as our consultant. We have been to Kelly every year since. She is great & the rest of the team are always helpful as well. We have booked, Canada & Alaska, Vietnam & Cambodia, European River Cruise with Prague & Paris either side (all APT) & Hawaii. We have never had any issues while away & any changes we ask for in our itinerary have been dealt with in a professional manner. Since 2015 we have booked seven cruises with Kelly at PHT Modbury. We have found Kelly to be knowledgeable and meticulous in planning our holidays and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. It is always a pleasure to talk/email her as she is cheerful, punctual in finding out information, professional and above all accurate with information that she provides.
