Easy to navigate the store, Susanne was quite helpful. We had been looking for a bunk bed for quite some time and found what we required in Joondalup.

We like the product a lot.after shopping around we didn't find another of the same quality with this price range.it's good and we realized it is true of the product mentioned by the sales agent Ms Lila.she is professional and got good sense of humour.The only small issue we find during assembly was the set up diagram of the bed wasn't clear enough(bolts,nuts position) to assemble the bed quick and with ease.

Very happy with the purchase of the double bunk. All delivered smoothly and my son is very happy with his new bed!!

We purchased the Colton Chaise Lounge at the Joondalup store, helped by Susanne and we are please with it. The price was perfect and its comfortable.

Lila were very helpful, in the purchase of a new lounge suite for our tired living area. She even followed up on the delivery, to make sure we are not just satisfied with the product but also Pine Discount's client service.

Honest value for money product. Relatively easy to assemble, and well packaged.
Most tools required to assemble are provided, just need a medium sized philips(star) screw driver.

We dealt with Lila who was really helpful and professional. We purchased our piece in-store. The furniture we ordered was of great quality and was well priced. Delivery was on time and the drivers were very friendly. We're very satisfied overall, and would shop there again as the range was extensive.

We visited the Pine Discount store in Joondalup recently and purchased a leather lounge suite. Its' very comfortable, looks gorgeous and great value. Michelle was friendly and very helpful, and provided excellent customer service, although the $79 delivery fee +$50 unpack & assemble fee was expensive . Otherwise we are really happy with our new lounge! Thanks!

Visited the Pine Discount Store in Joondalup and purchased a couch within minutes. Couldn’t argue with the price of such a modernised brand new couch.

Went looking for sofa’s came out with a bedroom suite, Toni very helpful in store, delivery was within a reasonable time scale the guys ring 1 hour before turning up so your day is not wasted hanging around, the one thing I find expensive tho is the $59 delivery fee but they charge what they want as they know people really don’t have a choice paying it, I would recommend the furniture from this store it’s a reasonable price and good quality

Went in to buy a bed and came out with a bed and lounge. Marie was great, there was no hassling, just let us wander around until we found what wanted. Products are both well made and value for money. Would certainly shop here again

We had a lovely experience in the Joondalup store,Lila was fantastic to deal with she was very helpful and allowed us to take our time, we purchased the couch the following day with the help of Toni who made the transaction a breeze. Our couch was delivered on time, however when we opened it there was a slight pull in the fabric - the ongoing customer service to rectify the problem has been great & extremely prompt.
