The moment we walked into the store I was greeted by a young man with the most impeccable manners. Found the lounge we wanted and then we met Tash we were blown away by her, she was so helpful went above and and beyond. Great work guys Fantastic Customer Service.

Service was great, Tash was very helpful and friendly, and they had the only sofa in all of the ACT that suited our space. It took a few months from order to delivery but it was worth the wait. It is super comfy and the quality looks and feels excellent.

We ordered a lounge today from Plush at Fyshwick. We had undertaken some research on line before we arrived. However, all of our questions were answered by Amber and she helped us to decide on a lounge, our fabric and the configuration. Amber is clearly very experienced and she quickly determined our needs and helped us to make decisions with helpful and directed information. She is one of the best retail assistants I have ever met. It was really nice that she said that she enjoyed helping us decide what she wanted. A very genuine and helpful person.

During our visit to the Fyshwick store today Chris was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made our experience very pleasant. He was able to help us with all our questions and made our decision to purchase a new sofa from Plush and easy one. His effort to keep our kids entertained really helped too!

Store is large and well set out for viewing and testing the wide range of sofas on offer. We were greeted on arrival and had ready access to help when needed. Amber and Josie were very helpful and explained the options and features of our preferred choices and the mechanics of the ordering and delivery process. We were delighted to be able to match a sofa bought many years ago, and also to find new options.

Great experience at Plush in Fyshwick (aside from our kids being menaces!). Amber was very helpful and patient, as we were indecisive. Lots of options. Very well made and comfortable. We are thrilled with our choice, it arrived perfectly, just what we wanted.

We were in contact over a few months due to delays on our end. So I spoke with Amber in the showroom, via email and also phone. Her customer service was excellent and very professional whilst also being knowledgable, helpful and efficient.

My husband and I were served by Amber who was very helpful and professional. We purchased a wonderful snuggle chair in the fabric of our choice. We are super excited with the quality of the chair and can’t wait to have it delivered.

We went to Plush Fyshwick to purchase a sofa bed we had already identified, and, if available, any other matching incidental furniture such as an ottoman or lounge chair. The store consultant Chris greeted us courteously almost as soon as we arrived, and then spent nearly two hours listening to us and expertly answering even the most intricate questions. Throughout our interaction with him, he was super polite and helpful, and went the extra mile to detail warranty, structure and fabric options etc, and then he did the same for an ottoman. We were so impressed with him that we specifically asked if we could write a review for him. Can't wait to receive the sofa bed!

We're excited for the arrival of the lounge we've ordered for our new house. The first one has served our family well for over 17 years and is still going strong, so we hope this one is no different. We were pleasantly surprised to see while Plush has some classic styles still available, there are now more modern pieces to choose from with the same level of quality and reassuring warranty.
