My husband and I have ordered the Leila modular lounge in a light leather colour after speaking with Jacqui in the Albury store. She was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions and several trips in to make sure we were happy with our choice and I now feel confident that we have chosen a quality product which will last many years. Jacqui made the whole process so easy and gave me a lot of confidence and detail about how the lounges are made and what different quality lounges (including leathers) are on the market.

Lounge shopping for months for a very particular shape and size. Felt like we searched high and low both walking into plush and catching eyes on the dream couch straight away. Whenever I require new furniture I always go to Plush. I inveribly purchase a piece, the most recent being my fifth in the past five years. I have found the staff to be friendly and very helpful in assisting me in choosing the most appropriate piece and fabric. Great range of high quality.

Trying to decide on 2 new lounges online is so hard. I was helped by Lisa who stuck with me and sent 3 lots of colour samples (as I was a bit indecisive) and helped me choose the right sofa's for me. I was really happy with the whole process and got a great deal!

My 4yr old couch had a discoloration that wasn't normal, I phoned in store Albury spoke to Christine whom put me onto the customer service, I spoke on the phone with Jess who made my complaint quick and easy, I went into the store to simply choose a new color & let her to do a clean swap! Yes that's right at no extra hidden charges, my couch will be picked up & my new replacement will be dropped off, couldn't ask for better service from Christine whom took the time explaining what my best options were. One extremely happy customer!

Jacqui at Plush Albury is fantastic. She helped us choose the right pieces to fit our space (modular), was very accommodating with our young children, didn't rush us and was happy for us to call through our order after deciding at home.
