Debbie and the other staff at Plush Artarmon were very helpful and patient while we tried to choose the right sofa/chair/ottoman combination, the right fabric vs leather etc. All the suggestions were helpful and good advice - thank you all!

I have never received better customer service and support. Debbie is outstanding she saved me money and my sofa was delivered in two days from off the floor purchase. Alex the delivery driver as also outstanding.

We just bought our first couch from Debbie at the Artamon Plush store. She was extremely helpful and thoughtful, even gifting a little 'plush' dog to our noisy and restless 2yr old.
Debbie was very patient with us (especially when it came time to choose colours) and listened to our likes and dislikes, which she was then able to direct us to a 'brand new' style of couch fresh to the store floor, which we might not have considered but now adore!

When we went to PLUSH at Artamon straight away we felt at ease. The service we received from Francis was exceptionally. She listened to hear requirements and dealt with all our questions with professional but also in a must friendly manner. I bought the Cameo couch from the Plush Artarmon Store. The display model dimensions were not suited for what I was after. After sitting down with Frances, she was able to modify the pieces of the couch to make the dimensions perfect for my home. Frances was incredibly helpful and went through every different option that could be offered, I would highly recommend her.

Frances was fantastic. She listened to our requirements, didn’t hurry us, explained all other options, gave us a number of quotes and was happy to make any changes as necessary.

Today my partner and I had good experience with Frances a friendly sales assistant who was very helpful and we would be very happy to purchase with, however and this is the bad, another sales person for no reason was giving us rude stares, even took sample books away from us while we were looking at them. Disappointing

Plush Artarmon provides an excellent selection of sofas with extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. We returned several times before making a selection and each time Frances remembered who were, what we had spoken about previously and guided us successfully to a final decision that we are extremely happy with. She is friendly, knowledgable about the furniture and took the time to listen to our particular needs.

We had a great experience choosing a lounge for our family with the assistance of Debbie, she patiently listened to our needs, guiding us through all the choices without being pushy at all, until we arrived at a decision we were really happy with. A lovely shopping experience!

I could not recommend Debbie Spooner’s customer service more highly. Her experience and input in my choice of sofa and fabric was so helpful and valued. She was very patient while I made my choice sending me home with fabric swatches on three occasions! Debbie took the time to appreciate the look I wanted to achieve, but also factored in practicality and versatility. She was also very personable and on point with current trends. I can't recommend Plush highly enough. Frances, who was very friendly and extremely professional from the outset, helped me choose the perfect modular to suit our space. When it arrived in a colour not to my liking (which was entirely my fault) Plush's Change of Heart policy saved the day, the second arrival is absolutely perfect. The whole family adores our Zara Petite for its style and comfort, we couldn't be more happy.
