Francis from Artarmon plush helped us to choose recliner sofa that will fit our living room. Her customer service was brilliant. She went above and beyond to help us choose a wonderful recliners. She sorted out delivery of new recliners and helped us in disposal of our old one. She was so patient and explained us clearly about recliners and other sofas. Her product knowledge was amazing. We will definitely consider our future purchases as long as Francis is in Plush.

Wife wanted 2 new electric leather chairs. Issue was colour and she needed help to get the best leather covering. Frances could not have been more helpful - also let us take the leather swatches home to ensure we got the best match.
Felt more like shopping with friend.

Visited the Plush showroom in Artarmon and found the most comfortable sofa I have ever sat on in the Melbourne modular. Amanda was so helpful, patient and accomodating with all of my queries on the the layout and material of the sofa. It was a great experience and a great price for the sofa. I just cant wait to get it!

The store was easy to navigate and there were a variety of products to choose.
The product quality seems very good however I cannot comment as I have not experienced it yet.
The assembling of the sofa was done by the delivery man, Victor who was very nice, and profesional.

Very good service from the time we walked into the store to having our sofa delivered. Can't fault any part of the service, the delivery guys were excellent and very accommodating of our tricky access and the sofa was delivered in the time frames indicated. We ordered a sofa in the West Coast range, a high and deep sofa and we love it! It is honestly the most comfortable sofa I have ever sat on, it looks great and is great value for money! Could not recommend more!

Our new Cameo Lounge was delivery on the 27th April and noticed that 2 head rests were off/had a gap between the parts. We contacted Plush Care on the same day and sent the photos so they could inspect.
A technician came to our place to check the issue but was unable to solve the problem (he had no tools - and was trying to fix the problem by stretching the fabric ??? found it weird). He mentioned customer service would contact me but so far I've got nothing. I sent 3 follow up emails and no response since his visit (3 weeks ago).
Very disappointing.

Debbie was very friendly and helped us find a great fit for our lounge, which we were able to customise to suit our needs perfectly. A delivery hiccup was resolved rationally and without issue. 5/5 would shop again.

Our sales person, Chris Towell, was fantastic. He was attentive without being pushy and very knowledgeable. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and I enjoyed the experience of shopping with him. He was very patient with my chopping and changing my mind and encouraged me to choose from as many fabrics as we could carry!

Have bought more then one item of this store over the past 2 years, always great to deal with and pleasant to talk to. We needed to return a pillow that had a slight mark on it and they were quick to replace it no questions asked. Ive also found it quite good value here.

I looked at this Sofa for over 12 months until I bought it. Debbie was very helpful and kept in touch through out the purchase time. I have a had a sore neck and I find the Sofa really comfortable. I love the size, I bought a 4 seater and it looks very luxurious and glamorous.I am thrilled with it, also the delivery guys were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

I am so happy with my new Hudson sofa. Frances was so helpful choosing the style, size and fabric. It fits perfectly in my room. Debbie provided excellent after sales service helping me get my tray table. This is my first purchase from Plush and I am definitely going to return to Artamon.

I bought a wonderful 2 seater couch and 2 arm chairs from Debbie, Plush Artarmon. Unfortunately my judgment was very bad and the combination did not fit my family room at all. My husband and I went back to see Debbie a couple of days later. The experience was terrific. No problem at all, we could exchange or return. What a relief. Wonderful service, and with a smile. Thank you Debbie and Plush.

The recliner motor on our sofa died, and i was very happy with the service from Plush, and also from Peter who came out to fix it.
Very, very happy with the ease of getting the lounge fixed, covered by the 10 year warranty.

We ordered a plush sofa online after lookin at couches instore. Lisa Rowlands the online sofa specialist was fantastic. She went the extra mile to make sure our couch would fit through our entry ways and ensure we were happy with our purchase. Cant wait for the couch to arrive;)

Overall we give 4 stars to the Plush experience overall. Mainly due to the 1 week delay from Plush HQ. I think Plush need to sort out their delivery management system.

Karl and his team on the other hand were very professional and efficient with the delivery and assembly of our sofa. Would highly reccomend to ask for Karl (from KC2U) for delivery of your sofas. 5 stars for the delivery team!
