Beware of “leather lounges”
Buying a Plush leather lounge was one of my biggest furniture failures, I can no longer stand looking at it in my home. The leather is sub standard and tacky also don’t mind the head cushions sagging. Multiple calls to warranty got me no where.
I have peeling on my leather that Warranty says is due to “body oils“ which might be a fair claim if the leather wasn’t peeling in exactly the same spot on every seat on the lounges
Basically the rule of thumb is don’t buy a lounge from plush if you actually want to sit on it

Sofa great delivery & response terrible
We recently purchased sofas which are great & service was efficient we were away when delivery was due & goods were held & delivered when we returned but that's where the good part stops. The people delivering the goods DID NOT take due care & as a consequence a valuable and sentimental porcelain 'ornament' was damaged. This piece was on a small display table with some photos in an indented part of the entrance. It appeared that the sofa needed to be brought into the hall on an angle and so the table needed to be moved. It was picked up wit...Read more
h items still on top even though there was a bench top 2 steps away that the goods could have been placed on. When it was time to replace the table again picked up with goods on top & the item mentioned above fell - surprise!! surprise!! It then took many phone calls with promises of a return phone call which never happened over many weeks until we wrote a letter of demand and finally after many hours spent by us pursing the matter it was resolved. It appears that no one in the organisation will accept any responsibility if things go wrong & keep passing your 'complaint' to others. Be warned if a problem with delivery it may take a long time to have resolved.1 comment

Back for more!
We have just bought our second Plush sofa. This is because we are so happy with the one for our lounge room that we got just over 12 months ago, we went back for the family room. They are well made, comfortable and kid proof. Staff were very helpful and patient while we decided on shape and colour as there is so much to choose from.

Disappointed in quality
To help other buyers. We purchased the "Berlina" lounge suite in 2016. It was replaced eighteen months later due to the dye wearing off. Eighteen months later the lounge looks like it's twenty years old, the same thing. This time I was told that I had used some chemical for this to happen. Why would we buy a lounge suite at that price to wreck it?? They told me it could have been body oils, so what do we do? Get everyone to sit on the floor and admire the lounge or do we put a blanket down before everyone sits? We thought we were buying a love...Read more
ly lounge suite that would last us for years, but sadly we were wrong. About to move into a new home and I guess it's an advertisement for Plush, instead of saying what a great company and product, be aware of your purchase. Money doesn't grow in the backyard on a tree. Very toxic smelly furniture..think again
I was so excited to receive my 2 seater reclining lounge and chair after waiting 3 months
I loved the lounge and chair..they were so beautiful
Had the furniture 2 days and I became spaced out and couldn't breathe properly and my eyes hurt and under my nose was red as and I felt terrible
I looked it up on Google and the furniture was off gassing chemicals and I was experiencing the symptoms of off gassing from chemicals
Could go on for 6 months or forever it said
I reluctantly sent it back and got a refund as i did not want to feel like that ...Read more

rotective packaging, smells can become trapped inside but will dissipate within a few days if the room is aired but are not harmful in anyway. We love our theater room lounge!
We recently purchased the Carlton in Toorak Dove Grey from Plush, Warrawong for our theater room. Wendy, Lyn and David were so helpful and spent so much time with us to ensure the lounge would work in our space. We cannot recommend these three enough!
Lounge arrived and its like it was custom made for the room, we still pinch ourselves when we watch movies on it. The most comfortable and luxurious feeling lounge we have ever owned. Thanks, guys!

I am very happy with my sofa
I have had a three seater plus chaise for five years and it is still in excellent condition. I keep it covered where I am sitting with a light cotton throw as I don’t like the feel of leather on my skin and also have a dog that is on the couch as well. Couldn’t be happier with my sofa

Warning
Agree with Kitty, don't buy Plush furniture. Purchased very expensive recliners, leather colour disappeared after 2 years on the headrests, apparently from sculpt oils, all in the warranty booklet if you don't use their products every 4 weeks. I too have a very expensive leather lounge suite that I'm embarrassed of. Obviously I would have not purchased it if I knew. I have a leather lounge suite over 30 years old with no issues yet.

Excellent service
Recently purchased a snuggle lounge from plush Warrawong and have been impressed with the service.The help and advice I received from Wendy in store on picking a colour and fabric was impressive and I am so HAPPY with my lounge and colour .It was ready for delivery on the date provided and delivered on time by two lovely gentlemen who even unwrapped it and took away the rubbish.Excellent service

Nothing but trouble!!
My wife and I bought a Plush sofa with chaise in March this year. It arrived three months later as advised. After assembly we noticed a water stain on the chaise. The sofa itself is comfortable and we are happy with it except for the stain mark. Advised customer care who sent out a “technician” to look at it. After treating the new Plush Shield protected lounge it made it worse. After advising Plush on at least two occasions with no result, spoke to someone else who was very helpful and organised a new chaise after we sent photos of the s...Read more
tain and colour code. Fast forward three months a new chaise arrives. This time the colour of the chaise has a definite colour tone difference to the originally supplied lounge items. Contacted Plush again, first person contacted said she would send an email and follow up with a phone call the next day. No email or call was received. After three more phone calls to Customer care, finally received a call confirming replacement of sofa. Our experience with Plush Customer care staff mostly has been very frustrating and suggest additional training is needed in dealing with dissatisfied customers, especially some staff in head office.1 comment

Fabulous customer service from both Vicki & Wendy. These ladies were informative & friendly & made the whole experience really great. The lounges are well displayed & there is a huge variety. We have purchased a lounge from Plush before so know the product is good & would highly recommend to anyone buying a lounge to visit Plush Warrawong.

Fair Trading to be contacted
Bought two lounges about $9000, one of them has a pronounced "squeak" that after months of attempted repairs could not be fixed. Asked for our money back....month later, still waiting! Warned them with plenty of notice that we would be contacting Fair Trading NSW...YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING? NO! We have had enough.

Lounge is awesome
So after putting up with lounges that were essentially crumbling around us, my husband and I went searching for new products. We came across the huge selection that Plush Warrawong has to offer and we were quite impressed with not only the quality of the products but how versatile the products could be. We felt the L-shaped configuration would best suit the room and by consulting Vicki we were able to find a lounge within our price range that would meet our needs but not compromise on style or comfort. We are absolutely stoked with how it looks and feels to sit on and couldn't thank Vicki enough for her time and expertise. We highly recommend Plush

So upset about my sofa!
I fell in love with this sofa in the showroom as it was soft and generous, a sofa you could throw yourself into! On the day of delivery I sat down, expecting it to be the soft lounge that I sat on in the showroom, and nearly broke my back! It was so hard!!! I immediately rang the customer service line and they sent out a representative who promptly told me that it would soften over time! It has been a year now and it has not softened at all. I was looking for a chair for two. I came across the Snuggle chair from Plush.
Huan and Lisa from the online team made the process so simply. They both kept in contact with me until the order was placed.
