After being at other stores and having had 4 faulty lounges, (and expensive ones ),my daughter suggested we go to PLUSH, I thought it was probably out of my budget, but NO, with 50% off, I was in business .Ronnie from the Northlakes store ( QLD ) was so helpful, polite and all info she gave me was correct . I did ring after purchase and delivery as I had a question, and was dealt with respect, professionalism and all was good .I can’t recommend PLUSH highly
enough and in many yrs time they would be my first go to place . Also not being able to buy a lounge over a certain size being able to look on line and finding my size needed made buying much easier than picking lounges only to find out they were too big.

The stores are well laid out offering a good range of styles, designs and material/fabric options. Roni from North Lakes store was fantastic and so helpful in assisting with our final sizing's and design options. She provided options to help us decide and didn't pressure us at all in making a decision. Extremely happy with the service provided as we had visited a number of other showrooms and were never given the level of service provided by Roni at North Lakes. They even provided coloring in papers for my children to allow us to shop without having to worry where they were. We are telling everyone we know about the exceptional services provided by Roni and the team at North Lakes.

We want to give a particular thanks to Lamisha Smith at Plush North Lakes. Firstly we were greeted and welcomed on entering the store. After browsing and asking many questions Lamisha went to great lengths to fully explain,models,layouts,leathers and colours that were available to us.
Our purchase was a complex one yet Lamisha afforded us the necessary time and her attitude was courteous and professional.

After considerable searching online and instore for new lounge suites, we visited the North Lake showroom and after explaining our room dimensions and the style we liked, Lamisha provided us with exactly what we wanted. We were very happy with the result. We purchased two lounges, custom fit to our living spaces without compromising style or comfort.

I recently visited the beautiful plush store at North Lakes. As I walked into the store I was immediately impressed. The stunning new showroom has amazingly comfortable and customisable lounges.

We went into the store purely to browse and ended up buying a sofa. Roni was excellent, leaving us to look around, answering our questions and then leaving us to make a decision without the high pressure sales pitch. We thought about it overnight and returned the following day to place an order. Again Roni was very professional and helped us making decisions on fabric choices etc. We are looking forward to our new sofa arriving.

Roni at the PLUSH North Lakes showroom Is without a doubt the most knowledgeable and skilled individual in any furniture showroom in the area. We have been looking for two recliners for some time and visited many showrooms.

It doesn’t hurt that the Plush recliners had the widest range of colours, were the best built and was backed by an exceptional warranty.

Nothing was too much. Need matching cushions? No problem. In fact nothing was an issue. Made the whole decision and purchase smooth and easy.

I had a concern with my new lounge and organised for a service call. Very quickly I heard from Andrew who organised to come to inspect 2 days later. After throughly checking over the lounge all wa good and can’t thank Plush and Andrew enough for their quick and easy service.

Sofa shopping can be a tad overwhelming but when I entered the Plush North Lakes store I was warmly greeted by Judith who was professional & helpful. Judith has extensive knowledge of all the products & helped with the fabric selection & styling tips. I chose the Brentwood. I cannot speak more highly of Plush, the range of quality products & of Judith who is indeed a sofa specialist!

Plush at North Lakes was the first store I visited in my endeavor to purchase a new lounge suite. Gaby greeted me with a friendly smile and was very informative about the Plush range and in no time she had helped me choose the right suite for me - colour and design. However, I had decided before I arrived at Plush that I would visit other stores to be sure I was making the right decision. I went to 3 other furniture stores after Plush, but later that afternoon I found myself back a Plush ordering my wonderful new suite. Judith at the North Lakes store was an absolute delight. She was incredibly patient and helpful. We bought a magnificent sofa that we cant be happier with.
The store was open and clean. The staff gave toys to the kids to keep them entertained. Everyone was very attentive. All the staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating as well.
