Thank you Plush Ballarat for your fabulous customer service. Our purchase of your new lounge suite wasn’t without some technical issues but Zoe and her team kept us well informed of what was happening. Once our furniture was ready to be delivered we were once again very impressed with the contact we had and with the actual delivery. Well done Plush, I knew there was a reason we are returning customers.

Wow wonderful man Bennett and associate came to deliver our sofa today, all unpacked, rubbish removed and put felt on legs so wouldn't scratch our floorboards! Very happy with service in and out of store

I went into the showroom in Ballarat not thinking that I would find what I was looking for. My sales person Teneil took me to what I explained that I wanted. She was very friendly and gave me all the time I needed (this is a lot as I hate to make decisions). I bought 2 logan recliners and a 3 seater in hazelnut leather. I am very satisfied with the whole experience from reception I received when walking in the door to the follow up during the process of delivery. I returned to the showroom a month later and was received just like a friend of the family using my first name as I came through the door. This is customer service that I thought was gone many years ago. I will have no problem returning there to shop again. Thank you Teneil.

My wife and i recently purchased the Charlotte modular chaise couch from Plush Ballarat. The team there is excellent and a special thanks to Teneil who was both professional and personable in her approach with us. Much appreciated. My god, what a couch!

We bought our sofa from Plush Ballarat and Teneil was exceptional in her service. Sofas also came earlier than predicted.

Teniel was most helpful when we attended at the showroom in Ballarat. We bought Plush "Berlin" furniture 14 years ago and we were so happy with it that we were looking forward to seeing what was available now. Our old furniture was tired, but by no means worn out and our son eagerly put his hand up to have it in their lounge room because it was still in good condition. We love our new furniture and it is so comfortable. We are looking to another 14 years of great furniture.

Couch is comfy and great quality. Delivery was on time and put together with care. Will shop with plush again!

The service in store at Plush Ballarat was excellent, more so was the delivery where I was contacted by the drivers and they turned up exactly when they said they would be there, unpacked the lounge suite and chairs, ensured all was in the correct condition and took the rubbish away with no fuss, thank you to Harley and Bennet. As I needed to come from work to meet them at the property it was very much appreciated.

Harley and his partner were the best delivery men you could get.
