Excellent customer service, Amy was very helpful and informative in our selection, guiding us in the best sofa configuration for our space. We were very impressed with the comfort of the sofas and the selection of fabrics to suit. The store was beautiful to enter, very welcoming and all the products were lovely and so well displayed that we ended up purchasing another sofa on the spot for another room, just as it was displayed in the showroom. Friendly and knowledgeable service from all the staff at the Ballarat store.

Spacious & well organised store. Everything is do easy to navigate to find exactly the product being sought. The design area is fabulous where you can examine exactly what you want, should the precise variant not be on display in the finish desired.

Congratulations to Megan for her initial greeting and assistance followed up by Zoe. Both were very professional and very helpful in answering questions. Zoe made taking samples and arranging a quote and the order very easy - a very pleasing experience with no pressure to buy.

Zoe from the Ballarat store was extremely help full. It was the best customer service that we have received in a long time. We are very thankful for the help Zoe gave us with making our decision and can't wait until our sofa arrives.

November 5th 2022 Update: Fantastic service from the delivery guys

Our 2 delivery guys where fantastic. They where very nice and clean and provided a great service. They removed all rubbish as well. They arrived on time and they message 20 minutes before to confirm they were on their way.

The store display was great and service was fantastic - the wait was worth it! My delivery guys (Traie & Danny) were friendly, on time, accommodating, carful of my home and super professional. Thanks.

Second purchase with the amazing Ballarat Team for our new Melbourne sofa. There was a slight delay because of my fabric choice availability being so popular, to which we were offered the use of loan sofas to not leave us without. The delivery men damaged our couch in delivery. After a quick call to Plush we were directed to Corey. Corey arranged to come to our house a couple of weeks later to assess the damage.
He was a very friendly and down to earth guy who fixed the couch within 30min! Couldn't be happier!
