My chiropractor referred me, and I thought "I'll go have a look". i tried the mattress in the store and was convinced! Carolyn explained the features and checked that it was the right level of support . It was delivered yesterday and I had a great nights sleep. Absolutely delighted.

Comments I saw Rachielle on a few occasions - she was always polite, friendly & very helpful. I knew nothing about mattresses but this didn't matter as Rachielle was so knowledgeable. I could relax about this expensive purchase which I made in-store - we ordered two king size beds, bought mattress protectors as well as a pillow. I am very happy to suggest to friends that they seek Rachielle out at Regal Fairfield and am most grateful for her advice & manner.

This morning I went into your Fairfield store with the intention of looking at mattresses but buying latter. I had been recommended Regal from my Chiro (who is also a friend). I was greeted by Sue who was wonderful. She was honest, explained everything clearly, found a suitable bed in my price range and applied no buying pressure during the whole process. I walked away having purchased a new mattress.

We went to the Fairfield Store and received brilliant service. It was a great experience. Very happy with the service and the price.

I've had two experiences with this company and both have been less than adequate. This is the store in Fairfield. Incompetent staff and a rule that means if you buy something, pay your money, take it home and is not what you paid for, go back for a refund. It takes them two weeks to send a cheque out to you! They are more than happy to take your money but it's bloody hard to get it back! Who does refunds by cheque these days? Regal indeed. I'll never be back!
