I am overjoyed with the outcome for my tricky problem and thank not only Raegan, the Store Manager at the Moorabbin store, but the manager of the factory, who solved my problem effortlessly. Great service, thank you both, I greatly appreciated your customer service.

We purchased an exquisite firm queen size mattress in Feb 2017. We had to send it back after 4 months, as the sag was so deep on each side, that we would wake up in pain. They collected the mattress and took it back to the factory, re-tensioned the springs and put a new pillow on top. 4 months later - same thing again, same process - 3 months late - we are back to square one and looking to buy another mattress. We are tall, but not overweight people. Incredibly disappointed in the mattress, as it wasn't cheap and has caused us more pain and grief than we would have hoped for in the first year.

After 30 years we have finally changed our mattress and couldn't be happier with our choice of product and with Regal Sleep Solutions. The customer service was extremely appreciated as the advice and professionalism of the staff at Moorabbin - Brett and Massim really helped us make the right decision. It is also reassuring knowing we are supporting and buying Australian! Thank you we love it!!

Walked in store off a recommendation from a friend, and had nothing but a good experience. The staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable fitting the right product to my needs. Got a great deal too, would definitely recommend regal to anyone.

I just wanted to say thankyou to Glen and the Regal team for the excellent customer service and assistance in addressing the issues I was having with my mattress several years after purchase. Glen went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my mattress. Even the delivery service is very customer focused: Terry and his assistant were very courteous and flexible with delivery times. I am very grateful and truly impressed.

Went it Regal at DFO Moorabbin having already been to all the big name brands and getting the usual spiel about bedding and why the pricing was excessive. Brad who is the franchise owner served us and after our consultation, we purchased the XD Ultimate mattress. His knowledge of the product and service that he provided far exceeded our expectations and without hesitation purchased the mattress on the spot. The price provided by Brad was by far cheaper than any of the top of the range beds we had looked at and for the same if not better quality.
Highly recommend anyone to go visit the Brad and his team at Regal DFO Moorabbin for the best beds and price in town.
