We have just taken delivery of our brand new Healty Life Plush double mattress, purchased from Regal Sleep Solutions Nunawading; delivery was prompt and on time. We were given excellent service in every way: The sales people were very friendly and patient, and went out of their way to meet our specific needs and requirements in every way possible. It is out great pleasure to fully recomend both service and product. Thank you guys for all your care and support!

Heip was superb, his knowledge on mattresses was great, he answered all our questions and was very thorough to ensure our requirements were met.

We went into store to explore our options . Julie was amazing and took her time to explore exactly what we needed and matched up our needs, within our budget .

Well to follow on from Julia excellent sales . Today we received out beautiful bed . Thank you Jim and Jourdan from demeri transport for delivering so efficiently . They even took our rubbish away too .

Julia at the Nunawading store was fantastic, she new her stuff and genuinely had the customers best interest. They are very helpful and friendly so much so that not only did I purchase a mattress but my grandparents and Aunty did so six months earlier. I went into Regal with literally NO idea what I needed & Julia was so helpful and made it a totally stress-free experience. I not only love my super comfy new mattress but whats even better is that all their beds are Melbourne/Australian made!!!! We purchased a mattress and base from here today! Julie (store manager) was fantastic and very knowledgeable! I can highly recommend this store if you are looking to buy a mattress as it is Aussie made and owned. We had several options from which to choose and came away feeling very satisfied with our decision after great customer service.

Sleep fitting at Nunawading was very professional with a very knowledgeable sales assistant. The bed we decided on is awesome! Top of the range, but worth every cent.

I have purchased the regal exquisite firm queen mattress and after a few months my partner started to have back pain problem. The mattress became softer and lack of body support over time. When lying on it my spine is totally curved and recently I started to have back pain as well. We went back to the store in Nunawading store and the store manager said we have made a bad / wrong choice and refused to exchange it. She said to send it back to the factory to firm it up would cost around $400 and no guarantee it will fix the problem. We're really disappointed as we have spent thousand of dollars and we left with a mattress constantly giving us back pain every morning.

After 9 months of NO sleep due to major surgery that went wrong, I was referred to you by my Chiropractor. My new mattress has been LIFE CHANGING!!!! I haven't slept this well in 10 years let alone since my illness and neck and back injuries!!! Julia was so lovely and so helpful when selecting a bed at the showroom. I highly recommend Regal and Julia to anyone who is taking the time to read this!!! The service was outstanding right down to the prompt delivery of our bed (thank you Jim the truck driver ..... outstanding service and timely delivery from him and his partner was just the icing on the cake!)

Julia, Store Manager assisted myself in effectively providing me with a quality product to alleviate a sore back & neck.

We purchased an ensemble a few weeks ago and it is always hard work choosing a new bed but the service at Nunawading was excellent, Julia spoke to us as people rather than just giving us a big spiel as many of the other stores do. She didn't push us to make a decision and encouraged us to lie on the beds for as long as possible.
Not only was there a sale on but also knowing the mattresses are made locally was very appealing. We were fitted with pillows and she checked our spine alignment while lying on the bed. It was just a lovely environment.
My husband has tried lots of pillows but the one we got there is the best one he has ever had and as a result we are both getting a great nights sleep. We are absolutely rapt.
