Regal were extremely helpful. They listened to our needs and patiently explained the different products. They have an extensive range of products and in-depth knowledge of all. We never felt pressurised to purchase. The delivery was extremely quick with cheerful and polite delivery men. The whole experience was seamless and would highly recommend Regal to anyone.

Having looked for a mattress for almost a year and a half, finding Sam at Regal Nunawading was the best EVER!
What a helpful, knowledgable and friendly person!!! She helped me and my friend understand what it was we were purchasing, showed us the difference between various mattresses, and was VERY patient as we bounced across the many available options to find our perfect one!
The service didn't stop there. Sam fitted us with the right pillows, explaining posture and correct spine alignment, and then looked after us through ever step of purchasing and delivery.

Yesterday I had received exceptional service from your company I am very satisfied there is nothing that could have been improved on. Great job.

We bought a king ensemble, cant remember the exact model, but it cost $2500, supposedly reduced by $2000.
Within a few months it developed a hump down the middle. Apparently not enough for Regal to do anything about.
We sold it within six months online for $600. This was around 2014. Beds are way over priced. I thought the Nunawading franchise had closed, but maybe not.

Very professional and thorough assessment by Julie which resulted in the purchase of the mattress most suited to myself and my husband.

Very happy with the friendly service and the knowledge of their staff, especially Julia. Would highly recommend Regal Mattresses to anyone.
Went looking for another bedding company that was previously at that location but was impressed by the products Regal offered and looked no further.
