I am just absolutely stoked with my new Reid 24” petite vintage bicycle! I ordered the small sized bike initially online thinking it’d be okay, but once received and put together, it was a bit too big for my little legs (I am 152cm).
Sam from Reid Customer Service was so friendly and efficient when it came to swapping the bike over, and nothing was too much trouble. I am grateful that he made the process so smooth.
Can’t wait for some sunshine now so I can get it out on the road!

A helpful salesmen helped us choose a bike for our son. He went through which bike would suit his needs. We choose one and he went through all the options we could have. He listened to our questions and answered them all with detailed info on each bike. Thank you Bo you have made his day. What a great experience.

Bought an MTB sport black XL a month and half ago, unfortunately, it was littered with problems and was ready to write a 1 star review. However, as soon as we came out of lockdown I contacted the Newtown store and spoke to the store manager Tyson. He provided a solution quick smart, fixed the bike to perfection and turned around my initial negative sentiment into a great positive experience.

A perfect example of how stellar customer service can make or break, thanks again Tyson!

Ordered bike online, bike arrived in timely manner, but had damaged rear mud guard from transport. Emailed support and they responded quickly and arranged for new mud guard set to be sent. Happy with back up service and bike.

Our boy loves his bike! We go for short and long rides. The gear change is a bit tricky but he now has gloves, so I hope this helps! It's a super bike!

Bought an urban+ ebike, absolutely sensational value for money and built like a rock. Had a great experience with customer service too after there was an issue with some saddlebags I bought as well. Only recommendation would be to pick the bikes up in person if possible, the at-home assembly was a bit of a pain and took pretty much a full afternoon. Since I got it together, the bike has been absolutely sublime.

Web site was easy to use and make purchase. There is enough information on the product you are buying to make an informed decision on your purchase. Delivery was fast and freight contractor was very helpful and friendly. Good quality bike, easy to assemble, googled how to tune the gears and bike is great and getting used daily. Will purchase from this company again.

Needed a different handlebar stem to accommodate a front-mount baby seat. I called Customer Support, and the person knew exactly which bike I was repairing after only a few words. She recommended the new stem, and in minutes, it was ordered and dispatched. True professionalism! Better yet, it was easy to install and baby seat is now attached. Thank you for a smooth transaction!

Overall I'm very pleased with the bicycle. I ride approximately 30-70 kms on a good week. The bike handles really well and gives me comfort that it's reliable. However, when going uphill on a high gear (or medium), the bike (around the pedals) starts to make a clanking noise. Not sure it's suppose to do that.

Bough my second Reid MTB for my daughter. If your looking for mid range good value hardtail these hit the spot. BUT spend the extra over the sport model and get the Pro. Good Brand name running gear without the price. Easy to assemble for anyone with avg mech ability. Note cables stretch beyond range of quick adjust after a few rides. Forks can be a bit clunky but easy fixed with some extra grease.

Stoked with the Argon MTB. I've owned other hardtail mountain bikes that cost more but were nowhere near as fun to ride as this. Richie at the store was tops. 5 stars.

I'm a little embarrassed at how many times I've upgraded bikes in the last 3 months. I bought a crappy Kmart bike. That lasted a week. Then I bought a REID Rapid for $250. That lasted a week. But I wasn't put off from Reid Cycles. They have very affordable and high quality bikes at good price points. Like anything, is that you get what you pay for. But Reid really makes affordability a big part of their product line, so I upgraded to the Urban X0 for $500. I love this bike, it's everything I would want from a hybrid bike... if I lived in a flat...

Purchased my Pulse Reid E-Bike at Balcatta a week before they dropped the price by $200. Rang Reid (Pascal) and asked for a price adjustment. (not really expecting a positive outcome!). However Pascal arranged the whole $200 refund with no fuss. Really chuffed with the bike as well! A well priced, mid range E-Bike
