King Single Bed
I have only had the bed for week, it will take more time to refine the settings.
Initial reaction, the center of the bed is rather soft and I find it difficult to roll out of the bed even in the flat setting. The bed functions as described however time will tell if any benefits occur.
I find the vibratory mode quite comforting.
As for the selling presentation use your common sense.

Not impressed by pressure sales tactics
Today a Revitalift representative used pressure sales tactics including a claim that he was offering a special discount, to coerce my elderly father into spending thousands of dollars on a reclining lift chair. A chair that my father has not seen, has not trialled, has not been offered a cooling off period to think about before committing to purchase. Furthermore, the salesperson then tried to secure a massage device my father bought previously for 3k to secure the "discount". I cannot comment on their products, but their sales tactics scream unethical and taking advantage of vulnerable people while promoting their company as NDIS endorsed.

en a more satisfactory trade-off for the "discount"; I remain unconvinced that your company is underpinned by ethical sales practices. In the first instance, I disagree that it is appropriate for Revitalife to source sales leads via phone "health surveys" (which you claim result in an expression of interest in your products) that do not overtly declare the true purpose of the survey is to then arrive unannounced at people's homes where pressure sales tactics are used to acquire immediate sign-up. And no, I am not alone in my concerns re how Revitalife are sourcing sales leads then securing sales - other online reviews are equally unfavourable including at your company Facebook page. I can only hope your product lives up to the lofty claims of your salesperson ... Should of bought years ago.
The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I particularly like the zero G position. The purchase transaction and staff was faultless. Delivery was prompt and efficient and all functions clearly explained and demonstrated. Highly recommended.+++++

The beds are great but
In the time that we ordered our beds and delivery the company decided to use a USB controller connection rather than the hand held model. Unfortunately the connection to the remote keeps coming apart, at the most inconvienent time, in the middle of the night. We have had to tape the connection. No brochure or operating details of the remote were provided.

I really like the bed but my husband Don can't get used to it .Just much too soft for him .
I have no problem at all but Don finds the edge slippery not firm, he slipt off it the first time.
He has been sleeping some of the time in the lounge room chair and that makes me sad as it was for him I wanted it .

A great addition to my comfort!
I am buying one of the chairs with vibration and recliner functions. I was delighted that the recliner can go all the way back to flat! The vibration modes are really comfortable, too. One thing which I would like to see a small adjustment in, though, is the footrest. When you put the footrest up, it flattens a bit too much so there is no support for under your knees. I find a need to put a cushion under my knees for comfort. It isn't a bother when the massage function is on, but when just sitting with my feet up, I find I need some support under the crook of my knees. But I am so enjoying having the chair!

Very Very Satisfied Customer.
My husband Mick and I purchased the Cloud Luxury Therapeutic Sleep System by Revitalife several weeks ago. We are truly happy with our new bed. I can honestly say it's the most comfortable bed we've had in our 50 years of marriage! Mick is sleeping so much better now and I have so much more energy during the day.
It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with the Revitalife people from Barry the sales rep who came to see us to the guys who installed it and the Staff at Head Office. Everyone was very friendly and very professional and both Mick and I can highly recommend their product and their magnificent service.

Not impressed at all
I bought this bed earlier this year and I have spent more time on the lounge sleeping than I have in this very expensive bed. The guy that installed it was fantastic at installation. I was initially given one date for delivery ( took day off work to be here for delivery) but it was not delivered and then it was over a week later that it actually arrived. Was not impressed by this. When it arrived I was told that the one I ordered wasn’t available so they gave me an upgraded version ( to lights vibrating ect). I have tried many different pillows...Read more
, pulled mattresses off and slept on the floor on them. If there is two in the bed or on the mattresses on the floor we continuously roll into the centre of the bed and alone in the bed it dips so badly that it a struggle to get out of it. I have a lower back condition ( the very reason I bought the bed) and since sleeping in this bed ( and on mattresses on the floor) I have woken every night from the pain as there appears to be absolutely no support. I have tried everything that I can think of but NOTHING makes any difference. I have rang the company at least 10 weeks ago and was assured that someone will contact me to have a look at it, I have not to date received any phone call from anyone, it’s appears now that money has changed hands they wiped their hands of it. Really poor after sales service. I work in a furniture and bedding store and could’ve bought through my work but decided to give revitalife my support. I have had a customer in store recently purchasing a new mattress for their revitalife bed as they to had the EXACT same problem with their bed as I have (dipping in the middle). I will be contacting the ACCC and consumer affairs regarding this as the product I purchased is not what they are claiming it to be. There has been absolutely no health benefits for me from purchasing this bed in fact the very opposite.1 comment
