A great bed for 2 people.
The installer and his girlfriend did a brilliant job of assembly and were a great help getting rid of the old bed. I tipped them $40 towards their evening meal as they didn’t get away till 6.30pm
the foam mattress has dropped one side where I sleep and is all up hill the other side didn’t realise the memory foam stayed where you slept

Comfortable and love using the massage
We find the bed very comfortable, it has improved our sleep pattern as I have Insomnia and it has eased my severe back pain. My wife has severe knee problems which has caused her not been able to have a good night sleep. Before the bed was installed my wife had to use pain relief for her knees as she was taking medication every night because of broken sleep by being in pain. Comfortable and Relaxing
When the bed was delivered the installation process was smooth and informative.Since using the bed I have found it very comfortable,have used the massage feature regularly, and by raising the head of the bed I've been able to relieve a painful neck.

Great, but can be improved
None of the above apply. Bed was installed by the delivery personal. I find the bed has both good and not so good benefits. eg Falling asleep is easy. No need for electric blanket. Very comfortable. Bed is somewhat too high. A small pocket in sheet to hold remote control might be an asset.

The Perfect chair for us seniors
We have had our reclining massage chair for approximately two months now and although I don’t use it a lot due to my wife hogging it most of the time when I have used it, the massage component has been a Godsend. The chair is well finished with a good deal of thought has being instituted in the overall design.
We didn’t have to worry about any assembly as the Revitalife staff who delivered our chair executed all the assembling for us as part of the service. Summing up we are very happy with our chair.

The best King Size investment I have ever made.
I purchased the bed online after speaking to a wonderful sales person who took the time to explain the salient features of the bed.
I trusted him even though I had only saw the bed on social media posts, and I am extemely satisfied as I followed my gut instinct when signing up and delivery was made as advised, installation was included in the price and was done with no fuss and in about 2 hours. Elder abuse
I have just this minute been advised that the same thing has happened with the same company to my step mother today ( in Adelaide) who has dementia. door to door salesman we think as no one home when this happened. I will be ringing first thing tomorrow am and advise their client has dementia, this is elder abuse and the contract will be cancelled - and irrespective I am going to consumer affairs anyway. this company needs to be exposed for what is it doing to vulnerable older people.

Debra visited me at home and explained the products to me. She also gave me a very good deal. Between Debra, Annette and the delivery guys ( forgot their names, one was a Greek the other from Brazil) gave me very good service.

LOUSY
This bed would have to be the worst bed I have ever had the misfortune to sleep on.It is extremely uncomfortable and haven't had a decent nights sleep since purchasing it. Think long and hard before considering purchasing one of these very expensive beds,as once it's yours you are stuck with it.

We purchased a Revitalife Therapeutic Sleep System and were not initially happy with the bed. We found out that we got the wrong bed as a result of a misunderstanding between us and the salesman. We got in touch with head office and we were very pleased with the assistance we received. The issue has been resolved and we are very happy with the service we received from the head office.
We dealt with Annette and she was very quick to remedy the situation to our total satisfaction.

Big improvement in my back

New mattress, getting used to it
Home visit was very informative, but setting up took longer than anticipated with motor problems on one of the split mattress. The problem was able to be resolved. Still getting used to it.
