I have a Revita Life Haven Lift Chair that I purchased in October 2016. The hand control is now only working when I manipulate the buttons in different positions on the key pad. Also the cable has broken in two places. Can I purchase a new hand controller for my chair? If so what is the cost? Can I replace it myself?

Does this bed have wall hugging technology? ie. Does the base pull back as it comes up to sitting position so that you remain close to the beside cabinet and can reach things?
Also how high does the back come up? Is it close to 90 degrees or have pillow tilt? ie. so that you don't have to put a pillow behind your back or strain forward to be in proper upright position? Semi-reclined is fine for resting but not for reading, writing, eating or watching tv
Is there any video anywhere which shows this bed being put through all its possible positions?

I’m not sure that I understand the question properly but the base is not on wheels (it maybe an option, though) so it doesn’t move and remains where it was placed. The head doesn’t lift to 90 degrees but I can use the head height angle for reading. I don’t know about a video.

Hi Jule, we do have a video that showcases the features of our Cloud range that includes wall-hugging smooth glide movement. Here is the video link for you: https://youtu.be/EO0js9jvjUw. Low Fowler's position is when the head of the bed is elevated 15-30 degrees, Semi-Fowler's position is 30-45 degrees, Standard Fowler's is 45-60 degrees and then High Fowler's position is 60-90 degrees. Our beds come up to 60 degrees which is optimal. With a pillow behind you, you would be sitting fully upright at 90 degrees. We'd be happy to supply further videos and/or photos if required? I would like to see the bed put through all positions and especially see the wall hugging action (how far it moves back) and how upright it goes in the 'High Fowler's position' as you term it.

Thanks MIck but I've done that and was told my bed is older and they only have manuals for newer models. I have looked again at the photo of the remote on their website and it's exactly like mine so after reading your answer, I'll give them another call, thanks :)

My sister has a Cloud Luxury king single bed but now has to get a high-low bed due to a medical condition. It's shame because she really likes the bed. Can it be adjusted to a high-low bed?

The bed can't be adjusted into a Hi-Lo, however, the mattress can be used on our Hi-Lo range, which would help to reduce the price to upgrade. Frank is also correct, we do have different sized legs, so if it is just a single height issue, this can be easily solved.

is the massage only on foot and head or all over and can an electric blanket be used with this bed?

Massage is all over. Whilst our beds have 2 zones, with both zones activated the massage can be felt all throughout the body.
Electric Blankets are safe to use with our beds, on the basis that they are in good working order. That is, electric blankets will not interfere with the safe operation of our adjustable bed.
