Buying Decision
I was impressed with the customer service from both the office and the delivery men who were very helpful and courteous. I still believe the massage is a bit noisy but overall the bed is comfortable and I am sleeping a bit better. I believe an opportunity to try a real bed before purchase would help in making a decision to buy and to have a better understanding of the purpose and use of the bed.

I am so happy that I bought this bed.
I am really sleeping much better and not waking up every 3 hours like I was with the old bed. I love the downward light under the bed and the fact that I can raise my feet or head when I want to. The massage function is also wonderful!

Highly recommend this bed
I absolutely love this bed, it has fixed my sleeping problems,and the restless legs no more twitching, i have curvature of the spine as well as osteoarthritis, i now get a much better sleep without painkillers.i use zero g position perfect.Super easy to operate,the delivery guys were very helpful showed me how to operate the bed, even gave me tips on making the bed,lol. I did have to put an eggshell topper on though, even though i need a firm mattress,but with about 1|4 inch softness for pressure points, but the topper worked, and i loved this bed,no fighting with pillows of s nighttime, i used 4 with my old bed,kept throwing on ghe floor cos i couldnt get comfortable, now down to using on pillow, and no nighttime fights with pillows

SCAM... High pressure sales tactic on elderly who expect health advice and are sold a very expensive chair
My Dad just messaged me, wanting advice about Revitalife, who visited him this week and convinced him to buy a $4300 chair using high-pressure sales tactics. The sales person masqueraded as a health adviser, faking interest in their health (following a phone survey, just as others have claimed here)... and then sneakily got around to conning him into buying a chair for a ridiculous sum of money. Unethical practice and no moral compass. As others have stated, my parents had NO idea that the purpose of the visit was to sell them a chair. DECEPTIVE.

My bed would be fantastic if the remote would behave, the massage function turns itself on at the oddest times & will not be turned off by the remote when this happens neither the top or bottom will work so guy's I think I might have a gremlin in my machine can you help me!!

Great pain reliever
From taking to sales person to delivery and setup, I have found this product simply quite amazing to have no more back pain. Can you imagine how this feels after a ATV roll-over 2 years ago and stroke spending 3 months in hospital and rehab i can say i am very happy to wake up each morning pain free with the help revitalife bed.

Ideal bed
As a 130kg 194 cm man suffering from Inclusion Body Myositis it was never going to be easy moving from a king double bed specially made for myself to a king single bed, but the Revitalife adjustable bed has won me over within a couple of nights. It's very comfortable, and the adjustments for height, head and foot height, and the 'massage' facility are excellent. The sales person (Peter) and the installers were very helpful and efficient. I'm altogether very happy with the purchase.

Sneaky.
Company cold called my elderly mother claiming it was a "health survey"
Next minute one of them is in her home trying to sell her a $6000 bed for her ailments.
They called her to see how "she was going with the decision to purchase the bed". I was present at the time of this call. I heard them asking about and giving advice on the types of medications she was on. They also asked her date of birth amongst other things.
Despicable behaviour sneaking in the back door of the elderly via phone calls and advising them about their health. You won't be getting a sale out of this Shezana (if that's even your real name)!

One of the best purchases I've made
It was recommended to me and I could visit the store to see it.
It was easy to choose which model I wanted.
It was delivered, installed and I received instructions for the remote control use.
I have found it to be so comfortable. It provides a huge relief for body aches and pains and has the bonus that it supports my back and body posture for reading in bed. Wished I bought one years ago

Early Days Still Getting Used to Bed
Did not visit a store. We had a phone call to arrange an appointment with us. Aparently my husband had previously completed a health survey. At the time we were not aware that the survey or the appointment were to tell us about the Revitalife adjustable bed.

Dodgy marketing practices
I was called by someone claiming to be conducting a health survey. I agreed to participate and he started by asking me for my name. I gave him my name before it registered that this was unusual. No other survey organisation has ever asked for my name. Unfortunately I also answered "yes" to a couple of health questions before becoming suspicious that the call might be a phishing scam.
My suspicions that the "survey" was really a phishing scam designed to get my name and state of health for marketing purposes were confirmed a few weeks later...Read more
when Revitalife rang. They asked for me by name and mentioned the health problems that I'd admitted to in the scam survey. They implied that during the survey I had given my permission for them to call me. At no time was Revitalife mentioned during the "survey" so there is no way I gave them permission to call me. As my phone number is on the "do not call" register, this appears to me to be a blatant attempt by Revitalife to circumvent the "do not call register"legislation, and in fact may be a breach of that legislation. Whatever the legal situation, Revitalife's marketing methods are at least very unethical. I won't do business with anyone who resorts to such underhanded tactics.2 comments

A wise investment.
We are pleased with the bed but I am still trying to achieve the optimum position for sleep. My husband is very happy with it and is sleeping much better with fewer periods of wakefulness. The bed was delivered to our home and set up for us so very satisfied with the service. The men were friendly and professional and there work was outstanding.
