Our experience building our first home with Ridgewater Homes, has been nothing short of brilliant! The entire team worked together like a well oiled machine to enable a trouble free experience with a magnificent outcome. We were kept informed and expertly guided through every part of the building process. At handover we felt that we should be giving the gifts to Ridgewater rather than they to us. After doing a lot of research, we knew what we wanted out of our new home and how it should look like. Building a second house, decisioning and finalising plans can get a little overwhelming. But Gurbir from Ridgewater understood our needs and worked with us on our requirements, hence a great practical design. His inputs were knowledgeable and logical. Then time to transitioning these plans into a real life structure where Anthony, the supervisor has done a great job. The customer service was spot on and we were well informed of the progress along the way. We are now very excited and happy to see our family home come to life! I would like to thank Gurbir, Anthony and team for delivering us a beautiful house.

We Just finished my 1st home with Ridgewater Homes. We dealt with Jay Desai from New Gate Display. The experience from sales consultation to warranty inspection post completion was absolutely fantastic. The team at Ridgewater were always in control of their plan and kept me informed during the entire process.
The final cost was exactly as per contract. The build quality was exactly what was shown to me. There were hardly any items to pick up on during the warranty period.

A very BIG thanks to Ridgewater Homes to help me execution of my own designed dream home. Starting from sales Mr Gurbir, colour selection, admin, discussions with Gary and in the end Ross brought all together to complete this master piece which I can proudly present to my family and friends. Being as an Architect I can see the craftsmanship and focus on detailing is above the line. After a long research of custom design building companies, I found RWH for my house construction as they are energetic, focused on quality not quantity and delivered the project on time. Once again thanks a lot for such a smooth building experience and special thanks to Ross who supervised and managed this difficult project.

As a first home owner the process was very straight forward yet the delivery of the service was of high quality. They have an amazing team that updates you about your progress making it easy to know where you're at during the build. All team members have been very professional and beyond helpful and the discounts and promotions came in handy. There has been no issues. Happy customer!!

As I mentioned there service is excellent until you sign the contract, but after that you will be totally disappointed the way their site supervisors build your dream house ! We faced heaps of problems during construction with them ! Worst was after handover ! They promised to fix the pending issues but never came back ! They just reply when they have time from new customers who haven't paid full amount yet, which I should have done !
The roof and vanities started leaking in the very next month after handover, but they never fixed again, ! I respect the staff and the owner of the company but couldn't hold more to give this feedback !
Dont build with them If you are not in the Melbourne's western suburbs !

We built a 45 sqm double storey home with them and journey has been easy and pleasant. Dreams do come true. Our project had so much coustom features and all of them were looked after. Thanks to Gary and the team as they made our dream come true. We are very happy with the process and the workmanship
We had tiled showers, powder rooms and laundry. Cost was a bit of a issues but again we had some other things in mind. The cost never varied we were paid for what we asked for.

Out housework is in progress at Albright, truganina with Ridgwater Homes and we are pleased with the smooth process. we got great help in design-wise and customize of house plan from Ridgewater guys. We are getting regularly updates from the site Supervisor (Ross) and their back office. We received excellent customer service from site manager Hrushit, Jay and sales consultant ( Sunny). These guys are genius in explainations and I can say they have many years of expertise. These people made us easy to understand about our first home process and the best guidance.

We recently built our home (Parker 27) with Ridgwater Homes in ThornhillPark and we are very happy with the overall process. Start to finish took just over 6 months. The house looks great. We received regular updated from site Supervisor (Luke) and their back office. Their sale consultant ( Sourabh) went out of his way to help us with landscaping, concreting and recommending an agent for renting out the property. They have very practical house designs and a very helpful staff who makes whole process simple and easy to understand.

We are building a custom designed house with Ridgewater homes and we have just received the building permit. It has been a smooth journey so far, the entire process from the signup to the building phase has been satisfactory. The standard inclusion and quality of the materials are extremely good. Can't wait to see the final finished house.

I built my home with Ridgewater while staying in different state. I never had any issue or tense moment through out the construction I was kept informed of every phase and milestone. Completed the construction well before timeline. Especially workman ship is very good. It's amazing experience and a big thanks to Ridge water staff.
