Easy to compare, Easy to set up

We have a 9 week old pup and have been comparing the market for the past 2 weeks, RSPCA has consistently come back number 1 when you look into the detail. Easy to apply on line with a 30 day cooling off period. I made phone enquires last week I had no pressure from any one and this week made my decision once comfortable.

RSPCA pet insurance helped us in our time of need. Our dogs vet bills totalled $8700 in just over a month and the insurance paid out. Without them we would have been stuck.

Great service and timely processig of claim

I have been with RSPCA for over 5 years and this is the first time I have had to make a substantial claim for surgery related. The claim was processed and in my account within 1 week and couldn’t be happier with service. Will be continuing cover with RSPCA for many years to come.

It was fine just signed up, so obviously have not used it as yet. Lady was very nice and sweet. I asked for all information sent to my email address and it was there when I got off the phone.

Very easy to setup, this is my first time using RSPCA insurance. The consultant was very friendly and professional and explained everything very clearly. The policy is very good value

It was a reasonable process but it can be a bit longwinded for new claims.I was required to submit info on every vet my dog had ever attended,which seemed a bit unnecessary to me.

I feel the policy great value. Hayley who took my call was very helpful and explained the policy in detail and was a pleasure to deal with. This is my first pet insurance. I have therefore not lodged any claim.

19% annual premium hike!

I insured my dog as a puppy and at first renewal my premium was raised by 19%! The customer service agent said this was due to the dogs age (15 months!) Breed (Cavoodle- not known to have health problems according to vetinary advice) and Vet increases ( our vet has increased 2020 prices less than 3%) its a complete shake down, got cheaper quotes in 5 minutes, this commercialisation of such a trusted brand is shameful- oh and we never claimed a cent!

This company will happily take your money but when it comes to paying will have you jumping through hoops only to reject your claim based on whatever excuse they can find not to pay you.

After an online comparison with other companies we decided on RSPCA Pet Insurance for our puppy. The 3 insurers we were seriously looking at are all underwritten by the same company, so the decision came down to cost. Easy to arrange. Yet to make a claim.

Good value and easy to set up
Claims are resolved quite quickly, We haven't claimed very often
The policy is more that 7 years old, the dogs covered will be 8 yo in May 2020

My dog had an accident and i was not sure if I could claim, so I just checked the website attached my invoice, a copy of the vets notes, so easy, i received a confirmation email, and within 10 days the money was in my account. Fantastic service.

Every pet owner needs this

Only thought about pet insurance too late for Tom (too old at 9yrs)) but ok for Tilly - it has been a Godsend, it was really easy to set up and I have been really impressed with the efficiency and speed that my claims for Tilly have been processed. I have had RSPCA Pet Insurance for 6+ years.

Economy Accident & Illness Cover

Hello, my 3 year old dog is going to the vets for x-rays next week to see if she has hip dysplasia. (showing symptoms) Will she be covered if the vet advised a hip replacement?
