Policy is good value for me as I'm a single parent on a pension. Was very easy to understand and put in place. The policy suits my budget really well.

Accident only policy

The accident only policy for my three dogs was easy to set up and inexpensive. I have made claims and they have been met, paying out 80% of vet expenses. I feel this policy is really good value for money. I am very happy with the service I have received from the RSPCA.

Great service and great value

Recently rescued an American Bulldog and called RSPCA for a quote. Very friendly staff and great value on our policy. Would recommend RSPCA for a policy. Also with this policy it is for the life of our dog not a certain age, so peace of mind she will always be covered.

Policy is fine. Most insurance policy’s are the same. I went with the RSPCA based on the name being familiar to me; trusted and known service provider. Otherwise it’s only been one day since I signed up lol

Easy Claims

Despite Layla's premium now being over $1000 a year I still feel it is good value. Layla is 10yrs old & has a history of pancreatitis. We have had a couple of big claims paid without question. She is now having treatment for arthritis. I like the security of knowing we wouldn't have to pay a huge bill if she got very sick again or got injured in an accident.

April 2022. Not good value yet. Claim lodged but not resolved. Not clear what can be claimed. Probably should have claimed for previous visits to vet for other reasons etc

I have been with rspca for 5 years since my dog was a puppy.When I put a claim in its processed pretty quick,I receive a text message stating that they are working on the claim then within a week or two I receive payment.
