Excellent updates with parcel tracking
Expected the parcel via the tracking messages. Messenger buzzed our unit and pushed the parcel through the grills on the gate. Would have preferred if he pushed it further out of reach as neighbour noticed it was still subject to theft; but I was on my way down. Good prompt delivery especially at this time of year.

I’ve recently bought three items online where the seller has used Sendle. My experiences as the recipient have been a bit up and down. The deliveries have ranged from on-time to 2 days late (according to eBay’s delivery estimates).
In the latest experience, which has prompted me to write this review, Sendle’s contractor didn’t pick up the parcel from their collection point for several days.
Sendle chased the parcel up and expedited delivery (after-hours). This intervention changed my initial 2 star rating to 4 stars.
Great courier company
I got my tracking via email last thursday, and honestly i was a bit anxious as the tracking information hadn't been updated since i got a notification saying my parcel had been picked up. but the next monday I was pleasantly surprised to see my parcel had been delivered. Zero hassle, super fast delivery. Couldn't be happier.

We started using Sendle a few months after they started in Australia. Their support has been good though recently they sent out an email to all clients advising that they are restructuring their prices and we can expect to see discounts of up to 55%. That was great until we found that most price were blown out the door and way too expensive. Our weekly spend with them has gone from $800 to $1200 down to as little as $200. We check every parcel with two freight forwarders including Australia Post and they are no longer within reach for most of o
... Read moreur freight. We send Australia wide small to large parcels and I think that they are only competitive in your local area. So if you are sending Melbourne metro to Melb metro their prices are slightly cheaper than Australia Post, the rest we don't bother with, in many cases they can be 10 to 50% more than Australia Post and that's with our discount included. We have tried letting them know though it seems that the prices are set in concrete and they just cant compete any more.

We have had some very positive aspects but we and our customers have issues with the couriers you use. Some customers in areas have requested we not use the service as their parcels are not been delivered or there are long delays or damages. It is also difficult in country areas as they pass parcels onto a local carrier and there is no tracking and no recourse. Our local courier is our only contact and they are fed up with me requesting them to find parcels. In other areas such as WA regional you have lost delivery for anything over 5kg so we c

Sendle, leading the way in Customer Service
I think it's very fair to say that taking on parcel delivery in Australia is quite the challenge. We are a huge country and putting together the network can't be easy by any means. When things go wrong, Sendle is really easy to work with in order to get things on track. Especially with the ability to communicate a late delivery from your tracking number page. There is no need to find another site to get help, it's all on that ONE page! It doesn't get easier than that.

In my situation my pick-up address has Couriers Please and Aramax drivers even doing business with the companies right next door. Couriers Please drivers will drop in if they had a pick up next door, just to check if there are packages that can be picked up, which most likely there is. This creates an awesome same day dispatch experience for our customers. Amarax though? Not on your life, even though they drive right passed us and any packages are less than 3m away as they drive past. I feel this shows the poor attitude within this company. These emergency glasses are fantastic
I would be lost without my Thin Optics on the back of my phone. I always have my phone but don’t always have a pocket for my proper glasses or carry them when I’m playing sport or exercising. Because I have my phone I therefore have my Thin Optics glasses to read messages or emails on my phone or menus or instructions.
