Dispatched on time and arrived in good shape within the stated delivery time though on the outter limit. Australian post is not noted for speedy delivery service though it is on the improve.

I had two purchases consolidated and sent to me in a bag which was appropriate for the particular items and was happy with how it all worked out.Communication from when packages arrive at Shipito has been good too.

From arrive in the shipito warehouse to despatch to my destination, the process was fast.
Have used this service before and find it very reliable.

I love the way shipito process and PACKING my items, it’s really great and using good quality boxes rapping bubbles and all stuff you might need to pack a parcel!!! I gave found the company reliable and all the shipments have arrived. I had one problem with a missing shipment but it eventually turned up at the warehouse. Since I live in Australia, this company has been a lifesaver in terms of being able to buy goods in the USA. Some companies don't post certain items internationally but with Shipito, this is not a problem.

Everything went as planned. The tracking available with Australia Post was handy. I was informed of the progress of the parcel and it did arrive at home as expected with the box and contents in good condition.

This is the second time I have used SHIPITO and once again the service was exceptional. Both packages arrived faster than most of our internal mail. I could track the item the entire way and knew exactly when it was being delivered. The goods arrived in pristine condition. I would definitely recommend this service.

Great and very fast too considering it was being sent to Australia. Basically they repacked my various orders and then sent it so quick I was surprised how quick it came.

I can order from anyone in the USA, Amazon and smaller suppliers (I also have ordered fabric from the US) I like that you can see the whole process and they take photos and you can see where the package is up to. Its also affordable I used to use another service which was just consisted of one lady as she was just a one man band her service was unreliable. I know no matter what my package will arrive. Just be careful around Christmas as ship it too gets really busy, suggest ordering early as I had some trouble last year as goods from Amazon arrived at ship it to but there was a delay from Ship it to sending the package to Australia.

I've used shipito for years now. Never had a real problem that could not be solved with a phone call / email / live chat. They're a lot more available than they used to be which is great. Either way, a great service, good pricing, you really cant go wrong. The only annoying thing is that we (Australia) with our new GST laws which then relate to laws on shipping items means that the really FAST services like DHL and Fedex cannot be used as they can only ship items from a single seller and not consolidated items. This means that freight options can be a little more limited than it once was, but that's not ShipItTo's fault, its our crazy country. Keep up the great work people :)

This was my first time i have used shipito the service was quick and efficient, the level of service was outstanding. I wish we had such a professional and easy to deal with service like this in Australia.

Goods were delivered on time, with no damage. Was an overseas shipment. Can't ask for any more. Had no issues with customs. Goods appeared at our dock with no issue. This is no easy task when dealing with Philippine customs.

Another perfect consolidation of some very breakable items - I submitted a special request for extra bubble wrap and the person who did the consolidation did a brilliant job. Everything arrived safely, in perfect condition, and was packaged better than I could have done it myself. I'm very happy with this company, been with them for about 8 years now, I've had 160+ packages sent to me in that time and it's a great service. I highly recommend them.
