Paid for premium membership, always delay to receipt parcels into the warehouse, poor customer service & TERRIBLE consolidation effort (goods damaged after they repacked as all shoved in, bending, no care taken). Shipped an item once no problem, shipped same item again & it was rejected (no change to immigration/postal carrier rules). After 3 complaints found I could ship with a more expensive carrier instead of the one last used, but this wasn't advised, only full parcel (after being charged to consolidate) was rejected.
Postal fees highly excessive, look at other providers or mail direct, its cheaper!

They advertise as a cheap postage service. But they actaully charge you the same rate it costs for any typical parcel to be sent plus there fees on top so you will be paying more.
I went with the UPS service as it seemed to be the cheapest option with no issue on delivery. But using shipito postal service is really expensive and I have got a parcel they will not send but will not tell me why.
Stay away from these con artists

Amazing 5-7 years ago, but costs have gone up and level of service has gone right down since then. Go elsewhere.

Stick to FedEx and DHL. Avoid their unnamed "preferred" carrier, who loses entire pallets.

Don't expect any assistance from Shipito if they lose a package and you forget to pay for the optional insurance, even if you're a long term customer.

Recently Shipito has started to offer its own "Shipito" branded international deliver service, mainly on the basis of low costs. The "final mile" shipper shows it as being delivered at a time when the delivery address was inaccessible without a security swipe card. Despite providing a mobile (cell) phone number, the "final mile" shipper never called. The tracking number is meaningless.

Do NOT use the Shipito branded international shipping service until Shipito shows itself capable of managing international supply chains with the same quality as the big brands (UPS/FedEx etc).

Shipto provided a consistent and accurate service. They received, re-packed, and ship it to me in a timely manner. The package arrived perfectly. Documents were precise, and I had no issue at Customs (Brazilian Customs!). I am quite satisfied.

The first time I used their service, I was a bit nervous a first, however, after more than 4 years I am still using their service. They have different shipping options you can choose from and their customer service is just wonderful. Overall, all their costs are transparent and there are no hidden cost whatsoever.

Shipito is an excellent service I've only used it once but it saved me heaps in transport cost with the ability to put serveral packages into one box. Thanks Shipito!

The trans-shipping process went smoothly, and I received prompt status notifications. One small problem (my fault) was the item, a lightweight synth-down jacket, was well under weight for minimum shipping cost, but was bulky, and exceeded the dimension limit for minimum postage. I should have asked for the item to be compressed for re-packaging! Thanks

Package returned due restricted used auto parts. No notification for 5 days just sat in limbo, (no problems before with used auto parts) until I contacted them via chat to find out the problem. Special request never followed and cancelled without notice to me. Slow response time with consolidation and notifications. Unhelpful with "return to sender" requests. Couldn't differentiate new parts vs used parts. Expensive and will be looking for another shipper that provides better customer service which is paramount nowadays.

'm really impressed with this service, particularly the speed. I was a bit concerned to start with and looked up a few companies who have similar services. One I decided to just go ahead though I was really impressed. Zero issues. I will be spreading the good word about it that's for sure.

Every part of the process was transparent and easy. They give you different shipping options to suit all budgets and timeframes.
They're very thorough and have good attention to detail.

If you want to buy something that is sold only in US but get it shipped to EU or around the world, this is a service to use.

My package arrived late because of customs clearence delay, so wasn't corrier's fault. I received good tracking information. I had some problems with this particular package. I posted it at first with USPS and it was returned because of misadreessing label, but Shipito gave me all the support a needed and refunded me, and than I posted again with DHL, so, I'm very satisfied with Shipito's service and support.

Bought some personal items from Tommy Bahama online which they wouldn’t send to Australia as cheaply - but had free postage within USA. The combining of two deliveries and very fast turn around to be safely delivered to my door was excellent and fuss free.
